    TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE only cycle/PCT

    I know that there are many similar threads like this one and I read them but most of had different replies.

    STATS
    - 20 years old
    - 168 lbs
    - 5’7 ½” (been at this height for almost 3 ½ years, possibly still growing)
    - 10% bf
    - Big 3 total = 705 lbs (almost 3 years of workout)

    REASON
    - Bench+Deadlift+Squat total stuck between 685-710 lbs for about 7-8 months.
    - Bodyweight and muscle mass is not going up.
    - I did eat more and perform different workout routines.

    CYCLE
    This is my first cycle and I’m only going to use Testosterone Enanthate.
    - 10 weeks (70 days).
    - 250mg every 5 days.

    PCT *** (HELP ME HERE)
    Nolvadex and Clomid (Only PCT stuff that I can get, others are not available here but note that I’m running quite a low dose for my cycle)
    After spending much time researching many forums and articles I found that Clomid is usually used only during PCT. Nolvadex instead can be used during the cycle and PCT but sometimes stacked with Clomid for PCT only.

    2 weeks after last injection (PCT for 4 weeks)
    Clomid 100mg/day + Nolvadex 40mg/day (week 1)
    Clomid 50mg/day + Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 2)
    Clomid 50mg/day + Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 3)
    Nolvadex 20mg/day (week 4)
    OR*
    Nolvadex 20mg/day - week 6-10 of cycle or if gyno symptoms appear (during cycle)
    Nolvadex 10mg/every other day for 2 weeks right after last injection (1st and 2nd week)
    Nolvadex 10mg/day + Clomid 75mg/day 2 weeks after last injection (3rd week)
    Clomid 50mg/day (4th week)
    Clomid 25mg/day for 10 days (5th week)

    I never had gyno or its symptoms before.
    So should I run Nolvadex during cycle or after?
    Could someone design a better cycle and pct for me, or is mine good enough?
    And I’m not interested in stacking or adding 500mg/week as this is my first cycle.
    Is my PCT long enough, if not explain?

    some will say ur too young u dont want to start AAS till around 25 good luck

    You might not be if you use AAS. Wait a few more years, bro. Trust me.

    If you are looking to add weight, then EAT. At 20 Years old your body is FULL of anabolic hormones, and the dose you chose is probably what your body is producing now anyway. Basically you'll be shutting down your body's natural test production for nothing. I hope you can listen to good sense. I would hate to see you screw your endocrine system up and have libido problems in your 20's. Gotta chase the ladies at that age, man.

    Age is the main factor going against you right now. Wait until you're 23 or 24. Your cycle layout looks fine for a first timer. Clomid only for PCT should be fine starting two weeks after last shot. Save Nolva for another cycle when you'll probably be stacking with greater risk of estrogenic sides flaring up during cycle. But all things considered, wait three more years and continue to go all out to get your best natural gains.

    In all honesty....you're too young. You have the potential to REALLY damage yourself.

    How long have you been training? Have you maxed out on your natural growth potential already?

    currently this is my proggress, help to embed? i do not have enough post to post links..

    yes i do eat more (3250-3500 cals) and change workout routines once every few months to keep gains going.. but like i said my big 3 lifts and bodyweight are not going up for about 7-8 months if any bothered to read my first post..

    i appreciate all your concern but dont worry, i still do not have any test or pct in hand as im still researching.. thx..

    Aside from the age you should train natty for longer so you have a better base to build with aas. Your deadlift,squat, and bench total is not impressive. Eat MORE and train natty for a few more years

    3,500 calories is nothing. If you think that's a lot, you have no idea what you're getting yourself into. It doesn't sound like you've done all you can to reach your max potential. You will gain weight and increase your lifts by simply eating more. Now if you're eating 5k calories and aren't gaining then maybe your near your peak. But at 20, you've got a lot of room to grow.
