    slin pins

I've been reading up on the use of slin pins but I'm really confused on whether they are g2g with the cycle i'm planning. It's deca & test e but I was under the impression I had to use something like 23-25g 1" or 1 1/2" for injections. I'm only 155lbs. so fat is def. not an issue. Can anyone give me some insight on this?
    Thanks....

Read more brother. I personally think 25-23g 1" is the way to go. Slin pins are too narrow and short. You DO know your injection spots\rules\aspiration etc, right? have you cycled before?

I personally think you need to worry about gaining some weight rather than start cycling.

What about slin pin for suspension. Since its not oil would it go thru easy? Or is it still thick?

Umm..... so do you actually work out ?

Big mistake most beginners make is jumping into a cycle, then losing it all once they come off. I don't see you being any different unfortunately.

Well guys, this is going to be my 1st cycle. I do workout. That's how I've managed to get to 155. I know that sounds weird but my normal weight is around 145. I've tried adjusting my diet, protein shakes, bars, creatine, etc.... but nothing has helped. It may make more sense if I mention I have a medical condition called IBS(irritable bowel syndrome) so my size is about normal for people with my condition. I'm not planning on cycling for a few more months. I'm just trying to get as much "real" info as possible. It's ez for me to read about things such as this on the internet especially since I've gotten active on several boards but different members say different things plus I may read something and not grasp the concept the way I would like to. I def. value member's input more than someone writing some article that has never used AAS before and has just read a book on it or heard a lecture at some college campus. Thanks for the replies.

Slin pin might work, however the 28g needles will make it uncomfortable.

    Post up your diet.

From first thing in the morning to the second you got to sleep.

    and you complete weekly routine.

    The more detail the better.

Steroids are very good in "aiding" someone to add muscle mass.
If that person can't eat enough to sustain or add to their own bodyweight naturally then steroids won't do nothing but give them the false impression that they are bigger,

7am:3 whole eggs,1 bowl of oatmeal, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast,1 glass 2% milk
    9-10: Protein shake
12-1:1-2 pieces chicken breast, some type of veggies.1bottled water
or 2 Tuna w/mayo on whole wheat bread, snack pack w/veggies
    2-3: Protein bar
5-6:chicken breast or hamburger or steak, veggies sometimes rice, milk, water or tea
8-9: Protein shake w/bowl of cottage cheese sometimes a PB&J sandwich
I drink water throughout the day. Normally try to drink 1 to 1 1/2 gallons.
vitamins & supplements: I take between 500-1000 mgs of milk thistle a day for liver condition. I also take fish oil. Protein shakes are 100% Whey Protein Fuel made by TwinLab. I recently picked up Twinlab's Amino Fuel capsules but I havn't added them yet. I do not consume any type of alcohol but I am a recovering Drug addict. I currently attend a methadone clinic to aid in my recovery. If you have a personal view about that subject PLEASE keep it to yourself. I'm just putting everything out there so members can accurately access(spelling??) my situation and not flame me for my personal decision on recovery. After all this is not NA/AA but if someone knows how AAS affects someone taking methadone please share.

I work from 8-5 so I don't have time for full meals except on lunch. I'm still tweaking my routine but I will post more about it soon. If anyone see's something that needs to be tweaked with my diet please let me know. As I said, I'm trying to get everything up to par before starting a cycle in a few months. My stats are as follows:
age:35 will be 36 next month
    weight:155
    Height: 5ft 10
body fat: ??? i'm lean and I can see my abs to give you a general Idea
training- about a year. I only have a weight bench and about 150 lbs of weight in my basement so exercises are limited. Def. looking in on a gym membership.
injuries: broken ankle, severely sprained wrist. Those were years ago. The last few months I've had a problem with a large knot showing up on my lower back, right side of the lowest part of my spine after doing sit ups/crunches etc...???
I know this isn't the place this is supp. 2 be posted but someone ask.
Thanks for any help. I'm not afraid of "constructive criticism so throw it out there. I spent 10 years in the Army so I'm no stranger to the concept of routines/training. Just trying 2 find 1 that works for me.

I'd get a gym membership before gear.

For some reason I don't believe you're eating all of that.

Hell the reason you jumped up 10lbs is the methadones. If I take them for a few days I jump up atleast 3-4 lbs on the scale. It's all water though.

No, it will clog. You need at least a 23 g for suspension. You might have to use a 22 g though.

I have had suspension clog a 20g before.

I have seen that happen more often than not while being on methadone but No reason to lie here. I'm not into trying to impress men and that seems to be the majority of the members here so anyways.....I've been on methadone for a while now. I did put on some water weight when I 1st started but have since went to a liquid form instead of pill form and for some reason they don't have the same affect with the weight as the pills do. So I do try to eat everything I put down, give or take a lunch meal due to getting busy at work and some of the times may vary but do some reading on IBS as my size is pretty normal. When I was 1st diagnosed with it the Dr. said my metabolism was so high it was like I was running a marathon while I'm sleeping. He also said I'd eventually grow out of it but skip 20 years & here I am. I agree with the gym membership. Hopefully the increase in exercises will improve strength. Thanks for the replies.

Congrats bro. That's a great achievement. I've been drug free other than the methadone for over a year now but kicking this shit is rough.Idle time is def. the devil's playground so I'm hoping with my interest in bodybuilding now I will spend more time doing something healthy instead of wasting away.
