If you can, extend the EQ out to the 16th week...you'll be happy you did. HCG is best used at 500iu x2 per week.

I am interested in how young adults recover from AAS use. You have been cycling since 19. How would you describe your past 4 recoveries. Yours is a good case to describe as you appear to stay off for most of the year.

    1. Did you use a PCT protocol?
    2. Did you feel recovered at 2 months off?
    3. Did you feel recovered at 4 months off?
    4. Did you feel recovered at 6 months off?
    5. Did you feel recovered at 8 months off?
    6. How was your strength at 2 months off?
    7. How was your strength at 4 months off?
    8. How was your strength at 6 months off?
    9. How was your strength at 8 months off?
    10. How would you describe gains kept after 2 months off?
    10. How would you describe gains kept after 4 months off?
    11. How would you describe gains kept after 6 months off?
    12. How would you describe gains kept after 8 months off?

Your responses will help others better understand cycling and the realistic results to be expected.

yes i have always ran a full pct, my 1st cycle was test e about 250 a week for 8 weeks, then ran Dbol cycle 30mgweek 1-4 and test E500mg a week 1-8, same cycle a year later, then a test e 500 a week 1-6 and eq week 1-5( i know not long enough ) and then i did a test500week1-12 tren e 300week 2-11, prop100eod week11-14 and dbol 30mg a day, i strted off when i was 19 i know a bit young i started off at 165 and progressivly have been able to cycle and maintain my size and diet now i am off cyc;le at 205, i only ran short cycles as i know my test levels r still high as im young and after about a month from pct i would feel recovered and could start to train "normal" again and in between cycles i have been able to put on a few lbs naturally, now the gains r nowhere near with AAS and its been trial and error as far as diet and training goes after cycles to keep gains but i have kept myself educated and dont feel the need to over due it

I hope i have answered your questions, i wont lie and say sometimes i didnt feel shut down a bit longer then others but it was trial and error and what i did wrong i learned from my mistakes i think problems now r to many younger people r relying on to much AAS to get gains and feel they r incompetent without it, once i am recovered after pct wich is about a month or so till im normal i am able to maintain weight and strength and allowing my natty test to fully recover i am able to make small gains naturally and let my body not to rely on the AAS

If you answer the questions they are systematic and could be more informative.

    1. Did you use a PCT protocol?
Yes, since my first cycle i have always used proper pct, clomid and nolva
    2. Did you feel recovered at 2 months off?
After pct i still feel lethargic at times but not totally shut down the 2 month mark is about when i start feeling "normal" again as far hormone and test levels coming back fully, my libido has never been crushed but is right where it needs to be
    3. Did you feel recovered at 4 months off?
At 4 months i am usually at the point where i can make minimal weight gain and having my appetite back fully and train with high intensity and not get the complete soreness and aches and from thsi point forward i make progress untill i get to my next cycle
    4. Did you feel recovered at 6 months off?
    5. Did you feel recovered at 8 months off?
    6. How was your strength at 2 months off?
During PCT and a bit after strenth and weight do go down a bit so i jus focus on less sets for each body part after about 2 months from pct i am able to make gains on lifts and not feel the low intensity from coming off cycle
    7. How was your strength at 4 months off?
    8. How was your strength at 6 months off?
    9. How was your strength at 8 months off?
    10. How would you describe gains kept after 2 months off?
As stated before the gains slip during and after pct for a bit but after about 2 months when my levels r back to normal i am able to maintain most of what i got from my cycle and able to make more naturally,

basically i started off 165 i know i could have waited to use the AAS but every cycle i have gained decent weight and be able to keep a good 10lbs or so from my cycle and then thru the year able to gain 2-4lbs naturally before my next cycle
