So heres my stats: 31 years old, 245-248, 6', around 12% bf. I've ran 1 cycle of mdrol, whitch is over rated and comes with sides! Here is the cycle I want to run:
week 1-10 500mg test c (2 doses a week @ 250mg)
week 1-4 20-50mg dbol (tapering up the dose week by week)
week 1-11 .5 mg arimidex
week 11-14 150mg clomide (tapering down to 50mg by week 14)
I would like to see 260 by the end of the cycle. So what do you guys think?![]()

You are starting clomid/pct far too soon. Wait longer for the test to clear before beginning. Wait about 2 weeks....and continue the use of AI (so AI until week 16).
Start PCT on week 12. Clomid....day 1&2 take 200mg. Next four weeks, 100/100/75/50.
Lastly, I'd try to stretch it out a few weeks longer. Good luck.

Yeah I was reading about the pct in the steroid forum and they said to wait a couple of weeks too. So is 260 a good goal on this stack?

My diet is in check, I maintain around 12% bf without cardio, I was gonna order some letro too but it won't let me change my order, I guess I'll have to order seperately, which sucks! Oh and another question, I hang around 245, how much weight gain am I to roughly gain, I'm not a slow gainer either, I gained 11 pounds from an mdrol cycle.

Oh its around 3500 calories and 300 gm of protein a day, the calories are the tough one for me, its hard to eat that much without getting too damn fat! The gears are on the way, it should be 2-3 weeks, thanks to a board sponsor for hookin it up!


There is one small problem. If your weight is around 250lbs...your protein intake should be 2-2.5gr per body pound. So, you want to take around 500gr + of protein a day. I weigh about the same as you, and my caloric intake is about 6000-7000 calories a day....CLEAN calories. Up your daily caloric and protein intake and you'll see some fantastic results. Do this right and it won't be fat that you will be gaining, it will all be LBM. And no cheat meals!
