    Sauna after workout on cycle?

If i'm trying to cut BF while on cycle but also bulk (somewhat) would using the sauna be stupid? I would be eating over calorie mait. to gain, I will be on test, deca, drol extreme.

Also I'm cutting before my cycle but trying to not lose too much weight, which I would be using the sauna too.

I've read saunas are good for clearing up ache and making your skin better, is this true?

What does sauna has to do with bf? Sauna just makes you lose water. Now if you were asking about cardio that's a valid question. Either way if you ask me, don't do thing half way. If you're going to bulk focus on bulking. Not on losing fat. I mean you can try to avoid gaining extra fat by eating right but if you want to put your hands on everything you might end up with nothing.

Yeah I understand. I'm trying to cut weight before bulking, in which case i'd drop using the sauna that much, I enjoy them and I like feeling clean right after taking a shower to get that clean feel.

I always take sauna after workout.. It's my ritual. Throw some peppermint oil on the oven, put on some music, and chill for 15 minutes.. It's quite comfortable!

If it is better for the skin I don't know.. I prefer getting some tan to fry acne from the roids..
