158-172 is the average weight for a SMALL FRAMED MALE.
now youve done a cycle before. so that probably helped you reach that. with out ur other cycle you would have been UNDER WEIGHT.
i was 1 nap 50 tablet a day for 8 week.. 8 month ago so i doubt its helped me reach my weight, it built me up to 13 and half stone which was mostly water weight that gone over the months
Deca and dbol work awesome together. If I where u I'd start with 400 mg a week of deca and the Dbol. Just give urself about 200 mgs of test each week just so u don't get deca dick. I would pyramid up on the dbol dose each week until u reach 40mg on ur 5th to 6th week. After that I'd double ur dose of test a week and keep the deca the same up until the 12th week, then extend ur test out onother 2 weeks at a slightly higher dose to solidify ur gains. U should start taking 500ius a day of HCG for 10 days starting after ur last shot of test, then follow up with ur clomid. Personally though, if this is ur first cycle ud probably do great on just one compound. I gained 25lbs on my first cycle of just Dbal(Reforvit B). Good luck bro!

sorry to break it to you bro but you could grow a lottttt more naturally. Why would you use gear when you dont need it? It makes no sense. Save the gear for when youve reached your natural potential. Just my opinion but everyone else will tell you the same thing.
I agree. I weight trained for 6 or 7 years before i ever touched any gear. The only reason i did was cause all i was doing was mantaining not progressing. If u get on gear when u've first started training, I promise u won't keep training when ur off. Lifting just not as fun when ur off cycle. So know what its like training natural for a while or at least till u work through a few platos. U don't want to screw up ur PTA at 21 anyway. It took me almost a whole year to get fsh, lh, and test levels back to normal, even with a good PST.
