    Tren pump ?

I've always giggled when I've seen threads where people complain about having major pumps (especially in the lower back). I mean, stop being a wuzz, and just bite it in you

    But..

Recently, these pumps are starting to get quite annoying. Simple things like just talking in the cell phone, it becomes unbearable after holding it for only a few minutes.. ! Not to mention working out... No matter what I do, I get MAJOR pumps. Especially in the lower back... I just have to sit down sometimes, and just relax a bit.. I can barely walk...

Lets say Im used to doing 3-4 sets on biceps/triceps.. after set 1-2, Im so pumped, im having major problems completing set 3-4..

Deadlift and squats = the worst shit ever.

Im not even sure if it is from the Tren-e, btw.. but I assume it is. I've recently also bumped up my AI from 1.25mg letro & 0.75mg caber from every 3rd day, to every 2nd day (as in, monday, wednesday, friday, etc). But I had the pump before I bumped up my AIs..

BTW: Hell yeah, I will bite it in me, and lift hard, despite the pumps.. of course

Im just wondering if there is any way to decrease the pumps ?

I've never been plagued by the back pumps I keep hearing about, but I also drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. I heard also that Taurine will help those pumps. Personally, I love the Tren pumps and walking around like a jacked up, pissed off gorilla all day.

I don't drink as much water now that Im not taking any orals.. But I will definately do that, if that helps..

I think I have some energy tabs with taurine & coffeine in, I might give those a try also!

Back pumps are painful, however we're no wusses. We are using gear, pain should be our daily bread. Those who start using gear should be used to sacrificed and pain way before they even consider gear. Those who can't take it, they are practicing the wrong sport and shouldn't try gear. To them...Better luck with ping pong or ice skating.

+1 with the Taurine and extra water. It's a simple fix.

+2 on the taurine. i've heard tren is pretty notorious for back pumps but i didn't have any issues with it. I also didn't do enough of it for serious sides

I think it was week 6-7 it got quite bad..

But now it's not that bad.. I drink a little more water, and I usually take an energy tab before each workout (It contains coffeine & taurine).

Awesome thank you. I am glad everything is working out. Have you seen a change in your appetite?

I haven't noticed much on my appetite, unfortunately (I don't think I've ever had a bigger appetite no matter what cycle I've done.. not that I've done many.. only 3 so far). So I think it's a bitch trying to get enough food in me... the only thing I have noticed, is that I seem to have this urge for candy at night.. But I guess I had it even before I started cycling.

Well.. the pumps while working out are a lot "easier" on me now... I can easily do cardio now, without feeling like my legs are gonna explode into 1000 pieces.

Simple things like talking in the phone, or rubbing my gf... I get pumps by doing "simple" things like that, still. But no biggie.
