    Damaged rotator cuff

Just curious as to whether gear would help a damaged rotator cuff, and if so. What type of gear would best suit it?

I have the same problem and I'm sure that it's a steroid because the nurse who gave me the shot when I was in the ER said it's a steroid. I can't remember the name of it to save my life! I'll check with my doctor today and find out what it is.

    Deca or Npp will help.
Going to be running it myself as my rotator cuffs are fucked.

Your rotator cuff is comprised of four tendons, not muscles. Therefore anabolic steroids will not aid in speeding up recovery. They will mask the pain a bit, but not help the tendons repair themselves. Most likely the steroid that Chang is mentioning was a corticosteroid to help inflammation. The best thing you can do with a rotator cuff injury is rest it. That is unless the tendons are completely torn...then you'll need surgery.

I have "hurt" my shoulders before and never bothered to pinpoint the injury but I've always had luck with Igf-lr3 and/or MGF to remedy the situation.

Resolve the issue that caused the problem in the first place. Muscle imbalance, improper movements.... etc.

What good is the healing if it will just reoccur?

Ok, thanks for all the good info, it isn't for me though. My wife injured her rotator cuff a few years ago, and doesn't want surgery. I've heard of some AAS helping with injuries before, and was just curious as to wether I could put her on a small dose to help heal it any, as it still bothers her when she is doing certain activities.

    Thanks again, Regards

As far as cortisone goes, from what I've heard it will just mask the injury, and continued use will destroy the joint over time all together. Any truth to that?

Yes there are concerns with repeated cortisone injections in the joint. Thinning of Cartilage, and weakening of the ligaments.

So a low dose of hgh, and a low dose of anavar, may help? Would this be a weekly thing, and how long if/when she decides to do it should she continue the treatment?

IGF-1 is one of the most promising compounds for injury and tendon repair/regrowth. It will be much more effective then HGH + Var....

Sorry Twist, I haven't really looked into the HGHs and other growth hormones, I just assumed IGF-1 was an HGH. Will do some reading into it, so I know more about that aspect of AAS. Gathering by the fact that you included no AAS at all, I'm assuming that really no AAS compound will help at all.

Not really sure, I'll look into that for you. For your shoulder I would do ED injections of IGF... maybe some NPP also.

I had x-rays done yesterday and the doctor arrange for appointments for physical therapy and orthopedics. I have use an injection of deca and sustanon at 1,000mg/ml sometime ago and the pain was alleviate for about a month and two weeks. Not bad.
Good luck to you in getting the help you need.
