    cramping

Not sure where to put this Q , so i thought i'd put it here as im thinking
most people in this area would have been training the longest to be able
to take roids and may have experianced this

    After a hard training session,
i get bad cramps on my forearm After training back

and on my triceps after chest and tri's

its the type of cramp when i flex the tri or bend my arm (take my hand towards my face) it cramps , the tricep stays contracted i have to shake it free
    and same with my forearm
i have never really had any other cramps before untill recently
im woundering if im lacking something! like salt but im sure i get enough of that, and im concernd that if im lacking something it will be also affecting growth

    thanks for any input

Traps !!! ha not being a cunt but that would be kinda funny to see,
after training all i have to do is switch my tri and it goes in to a full flex by its self

and with the forearm if i bend my arm it wont straighted again

i just been looking around as crank advised and yes ill smash those supps

but i read that protein powder may cause them aswell ,
and dodgy kidneys , might go get some bloodworks
