I'd recommend to keep doing what you're doing as it's working. you said you've already lost 45lbs - I'm assuming that took place in 6 months time. You should get your weight down to something more reasonable before touching hgh. However, hgh does burn fat and someone with more experience might be able to recommend it. Good job on the weight loss though. You're still a mammoth at 380 though!! Keep dieting, hydrating and add some HIIT into your workout regimen.

be careful of the protien shakes bro...

they add a lot of calories to ur day...

most are 200 cal. and if u mix with milk than its higher...

you could cut out 1 pound of cal a week by avoiding the shakes....

i take amino fuel. its protien in a pill form. no extra calories. (when im trying to cut)

someone else may have something diff to say. all opinions are welcome...

i bet ud lose a few pounds a week simply by avoiding all the shakes bro. u are dieting like a bulker....

you should be trying to consume LESS cals than you burn. the shakes are giving you a ton of extra cals.

2k or less and the weight will pour offf

at your weight you need 3000 cal to stay health. your bmr is about 3000. if i where you i would cut between 3000-3500 cal a day. i cut at 2500-3000 and only weigh 230. shakes should not be a staple in your diet. eat egg whites oats lean meat olive oil long grain brown rice almonds for 4-5 meals a day. post workout shake is fine and some casein at night. you need to do legs squats dead lifts hacks ect.

Many protein shakes only have about 120 calories such as those made by Body Fortress or EAS. As long as you're adding water to a low calorie higfh protein shake I don't think this is adding significant calories to your diet. But you still don't need to that many shakes in one day. Two should be good.

You don't want to start using AAS with even moderate BF%. My advice is the same as my bros - wait longer...
