i"ve done a ton of research on anavar only cycles. And it really interests me to get the gear and do it. But then i see everyone say how shutting of your natural test at 18 years old is so bad and that you'll regret it. But if you do a proper pct and everything, whats the harm? if i was gonna do a anavar only cycle is be doing 40mg ed for 8 weeks, with my pct of nolva for 40/20/20. Im 18 years old, training for 2.5 years. naturally ive been able to add 60 lbs to my bench, 100 to my squat, 40kg to my deadlift. My diet is super clean. Everything i could be doing naturally im doing and have been doing for for the past year and a half.
I'm not just some dumbass 18 year old thats not gonna listen, i am willing to wait till im 22 or 23 to start using aas, just i want to know why everyone is so against me using if im honestly doing every possible thing i can naturally and im now in a bad plateau
if ur young than ur test is at the highest it will be in ur life... why fuck that up?
if ur in a plateau than use a few grams of creatine and up ur protein.

you are missing the other thing....
shutting ur nuts down before they regulate and level off will confuse ur body.
if you do juice as a teenager you better be prepared for the impact that you may not recover correctly. and carrying 100+ lbs of muscle on low t doesnt work!
juice if you must but be prepared to juice for the rest of ur life.
even waiting until ur 20's can screw shit up but shutting ur nuts off after a few years of them starting up seems worse to me.
they suggest to wait simply because
1) ur still growing
2) ur natural test is the HIGHEST it will ever be. why screw that up?
3) give urself time to overcome ur teenage insecurities and peer pressure before you make a decision that will make you need to use illegal hormones for the rest of ur life
4) it takes years to build a good base to go off of.
5) learning a routine and diet take years of trial and error. at 16 or 18 you have no clue what works for you and ur body
6) it takes years of studying and gaining knowledge before you should touch them
so wait, learn, LIVE, then juice.

i am 18 years old. im 190 lbs right now, i have 12 days left on my bulk. then im doing a 16 week cut down. and thats why i wanted to use var. Just for the last 8 weeks of the 16 i was gonna do a cycle.
i mean i have 12 days left bulking, like i have been bulking up, eating like crazy for the past 4 months putting on muscle. and i am 5'11. right now 20% bf. but by the time i was planning to use var ill prob be round 15%.
and ok if im gonna use clomid for my pct would 100/50/50 be suffice?
You can do it just make sure you run clomid to restore your test levels with the nolvadex. But like Blaze said if your gonna do AAS then make it worth your time. Rune testosterone enenthate or cypionate at 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks. Twice per week injections. Also I would reccomend HCG to help your boys out while on cycle and to make recovery easier. Also you may want to take armidex at .5mg every other day if you have the money to reduce water weight. But your best bet is to wait until your 21/22 years old, unless your planning on trying to go pro

Wait til your in your early 20's. I remember when I was 18 and I realllllly wanted to do one. Well I'm glad I didn't. So many things are unstable in a 18yr old's life.

anavar 40mg ed - split in 2 doses of 20mg each
meal 3
7 oz chicken
1.5 cup broccoli
2 tbsp peanut butter
meal 4
7 oz chicken

7 oz chicken
18 almonds
1.5 cup broccoli

294g of protein supplying 1176 cals
120g of carbs supplying 480 cals
90g of fat supplying 810 cals
My training is as followed:
Day 1: chest abs
Day 2: Back
Day 3: off
Day 4: shoulders
Day 5: arms and calves
Day 6: legs abs
DAy 7: off
After ever workout 30-45 min of low intensity cardio. and 4 weeks leading up to due date adding 1 extra day of high intensity cardio to help burn any extra fat. My Cut is 16 weeks, so week 13-16 is going to have an extra day of the high intensity cardio.
