Thread: Vials vs. Amps?

Vials are more convenient, especially when you have an unusual dose like say 625 mg b/c you generally get 1ml so in order to break it up correctly, you have to preload a pin with the remaining gear. If you're doing 500 or 1,000 mg, the dosing is pretty easy.

Exactly another reason I haven't used amps. I guess you just load the remaining gear and keep doing that every time? That seems like a hassle.

Plus you can break them easier it seems like.

Not enuff juice in those mothers, for us big ums !

Amps cut my fingers everytime i f****** open them .

An amp opener works wonders. I used a pen cap to break my amps and smashed two in my hands. Haven't had any issues since. It's unfortunate Norma doesn't make their test in vials. But Asia pharma comes in vials and so do many other reputable tests. Personally I really like the Norma though. Very smooth and well dosed.

Just curious. I've had good luck with vials and they seem to be cheaper. But if something like Norma or Aburaihan test is better why not shell out the extra?

Amps were designed as a single dose container for sterile compounds and their main advantage is the fact you simply dispose of an amp after use. But they save weight and cost the glass it is made of is very thin, and ampules can brake easily if improperly transported

amps generally cost more too....to buy 10 amps will cost more than a 10ml vial. especially when you need atleast 20mls for a decent cycle (most gears)

I agree with everything yall are saying. It just seems that most people use amps. Possibly easier to resell?

Then you have no clue what you are doing.... read... read... learn....buy an amp opener if you can't figure it out. I's easy as hell.

Since we already know the main difference between vials and amps are price and convenience. A better question would be is there any reason why ampules are worth the extra price?

most of the time i just take a file and etch around the top of the amp. snaps off easily

Norma hellas were tough for me to open. I had to take a cloth and just crush the top of the amp.

Saney likes amps because he can fit a cycle's worth in his keister....and it wont trigger any metal detectors....lol

The only advantage to amps IMO is that you always get exactly 1cc. By the time I get through a 20cc bottle, it is inevitable that either the vial is slightly short, or I pull just a bit too much into the syringe each time.

I used to only get amps for primo and winstrol, but that was because I preferred Shering and Zambon over other manuf. For test I always prefer vials because of the ease for higher doses.

Unlike your old washed up flabby ass, I work out.

Vials are the preference state side while amps have the run of it over in Europe. My HG comes in amps so I use amps, no big deal either way.

What? is that a new way to administer gear? I guess you don't have to inject it, that way you just wait for it to break in your ass. Suppository style. Possible delivering higher absorption rate. Does this method work better before squatting? It just amazes me how you guys are on top of these new technology and methods related to gear.

I think it is a matter of preference this is the best way to open an amp, and can't beet the price.

As long as you hold your nuts back so they don't hit mine its all good

when i open amps i use an empty alcohol swab packet. take the packet put it over the head of the amp and snap. never cut myself using this method.

LOL...me too!!! it's better than wasting toilet paper

something I have noticed resently.

REAL amps break away easily. Counterfeit amps are hell to break.

I had some counterfeit norma hellas and I basically had to crush the tops off. WIth the real ones it just takes a push of my thumb and snaps right off.

same with schering.

I just went through some amps that I would up not even being able to use because every one I opened glass went into.
The tops kept crushing in my hand or glass would sheer off into the oil....I lost 3 one day and 3 the next. Vials are better for this reason.
