ok i think i have some gyno but not bad....just a little man boobs shape...how could i reverse it? im about to start my next bulk cycle and im going to use Anastrozole to prevent it from get worse....is there anything i could use before or while im on to get it reversed? i hear about letrozole + nolvadex working.....
Once it has set in the only way to eliminate it is through surgery. If you were on cycle and getting signs you could do something about it. But i believe surgery is your only option left, but if you do ask them to remove the gland too not just the fat. Unless someone else has further advice?

If the gyno isn't too old, a hard hit at the letro may get rid of it. But I doubt it. I have pubertal gyno and have tried a lot of thing to get rid of it, letro being one of them, and that shit is still here.
Also, be sure to taper off the letro if you try it. Don't want estrogen rebound... and then more gyno
but from the look of what i got and what ive seen pic's of im not bad at all just a little paranoid of it getting worse...i should block most of it with Anastrozoleon my next cycle right.....i guess when i get bigger in size ill go under the knife...

Yes, you are going to have to have a rigorous AI regimen on every cycle that you do from here on out unless you like bra shopping.
