I think about 10-25% of a typical male dose. But look it up to be sure.

Experiment with the dose and see where your sweet spot is. Stuff use to come in 2 and 5 mg tabs and it worked at 10-30 mg/d very well without sides. I see more complains of joint pain from guys that do 50 mg/d and up. See where your sweet spot is.
