    how long between cycles?

how long do you guys wait after finishing pct before starting the next cycle? is there some rule of thumb to go buy depending on the length of cycle previously ran?

yeah time on = time off.. i think everyone fudges that rule. Just get your bloodwork done id say a month after you finished you pct, to see where you stand.

i have seen some argue for justifying earlier, tthan time on + pct.

But for me, time on time off is safest bet, and thats all you should be worried about

I keep myself happy in my time off by cycling IGF and GHRP-6 (and sometimes a little slin)... still noticeable lean gains.. nothing compared to on cycle but hey... satisfies the need for the time being

just curious, where do you go to get bloodwork done? is there specific places that do it or do you just go to your doctor and ask to have it done, i live in a small town and would be kind of sketchy about going into my docs office and asking for something like that.
what do you usually tell them?

I recommend not telling the doctor anything about steroids or prohormones. Just say that you have been feeling like you were retaining water and have some pain in your breasts and would like a full hormone panel. They are more than happy to do it cause they get paid. Tell him you don't have the chance to get to the doctor much and if he can run all the regular bloods as well you'd appreciate it. He'll run everything and likely call you back to tell you youre fine. Good luck and keep us posted.

Until bloodwork shows that you have recovered. This is different for everyone and the blanket statement of time on = time off is BS. Age also plays a huge factor.

It's always good to have a doctor in the family.
