    Test E/Eq cycle

    first time using eq just not sure how im gonna run it with test. would 10 weeks be long enough? plan is test e/500mg and eq/400mg per week for 10 weeks. not really a fan of long cycles. should i start the eq a week or two early? i have done the research and of course opinions vary, just need recommendations from experience. far from a rook so no need to discuss pct or a/i's as thats all in place. just looking to get the most out of this. any help appreciated. im currently recovering from a test e/tren e cycle which is going good, just need another month or so off. thanks

    I like to see EQ run at least 12 weeks... keep in mind that the ester length is longer that that of deca.

    I just ran sust eod, deca, 10w, and now running e 250 2x pw nd eq 200 2xpw for 12, Im a addict what can i say. cant wait for PCT, UGG!

    ok i would like to only run test for 10. would there be a problem running eq 2 weeks past test. or would it be better to start test at week 3. i assume the suggestion is run both all the way through. just tying to avoid a long cycle since the last was a harsh one. looking for a failry mild cycle this time around

    if i run eq i take 600mg weekly and 750mg of test e. for 16 weeks. eq is a really slow builder.

    The gains from EQ are great for me but take time. Effects won't be noticed until around Week 8 so a 10 week cycle of EQ is too short. Even 12 weeks is too short. Ideally, 16 weeks is optimal, some even advocate 20 weeks at no less than 400mg EW, preferably 500-600mg EW. Since its ester is longer than Test, run the Test 2-3 weeks beyond your last EQ shot. This will make the timing of pct easier to manage. I know 16 weeks is longer than you like but switch to something other than EQ is you don't want 16 weeks. Sides are minimum for me but the vascularity is great - also plan on being hungry all the time no matter what. Gains are more permanent; that is, easier to keep as compared to other stuff.
