Yes, anabolic steroids have been known to significantly reduce sperm count. However, several people I know from forums have had success with conceiving a child while on cycle. Also, this problem is usually reversable once you discontinue the use of AAS.

Google: Anabolic Steroids and Fertility and i'm sure you'll find info to read.

It's typically not permanent. While on excessive doses of Test, et. al., your sperm count is lowered basically making you sterile but it's temporary and should return to normal after discontinuing aas.

"SHOULD?" - I know lots of guys who had to go on TRT because they couldn't recover under a Dr.'s care with prescribed clomid, HCG and HMG. They used it for 4+ months, Dr. finally told them TRT.

Yup, I know the key word is should. I've been lucky enough so far to have always recovered, knock on wood (no pun intended).

I'm not on any crazy cycle, mid 30's and managed to knock up my wife. It depends on the person and I am sure history of AAS use.

Monitor your FSH levels frequently. Zinc supplementation can help with sperm quality.

Just because you are/have been on TRT does not mean you are sterile.
