hey guys ive read about people running benadryl with clen. Whats the purpose? Will this allow for longer cycles (less immunity to clen)? Also when taking clen when would everyone suggest taking it? Is it better at the beginning of the day or more effective near training time. Ive taken it usually 30 min pre workout...the pumps seem alot more intese??? unless im just getting ready to cramp or something? Just wanna hear some other experiences thanks
