I just got my blood test
and my testosterone level is 3.4 which is not a lot as I see that the average is between 3 and 10
my growth hormone is 34 it is not a lot but in the average but my IGF1 is super high
I have 340 and the average is between 30 and 210...I don't know what is the most important...the gh concentration or the IGF1 level?
can someone tell me, knowing that I take 6IU somatotropin 6 days a week
I guess that it is obvious that I need to take test and deca and bolde
    thanks

I just got my blood test results
3.4 testosteron, average is between 3.0 and 10 .... so I am quite low
GH is 34 quite low average if I remember the range
but my IGF1 is really high 340 and the average range is between 30 and 210 if I am right
So I guess that I need indeed to increase my testosterone.
But what is the most important , to have high Growth hormone level or to have high IGF1 level? does it mean that the brand of somatotropin 191 I am using is real gear or it is not a good one?
    Thanks for your answers guys

    correction
    3.4 ng/ml test
2.3 ng/ml GH and seemingly must be below 3.5
and my IGF1 is 370ng/ml and must be between 94 and 247
    thanks for advise
guys I guess it is obvious that I need test...

You GH is working. It may not be the greatest but it's put you at near double average IGF-1 level so you certainly have enough GH activity. The real indicator here is the IGF-1. GH pulses 4-5 times during the day so it's difficult to estimate exactly what is going on from a single measurement. If I were you I would do the following:

    Diet;
    200 - 250 g protein, 300-350 g carb, 100 g fat from

    Protein
    Chicken
    Talapia
    lean beef
    whey
    egg

    carb
    potato
    sweet potato
    rice
    oats

    fat
    almonds
    macadamia nuts
    egg yolk
    olive oil

    Training
    3 day split: chest/back; legs/shoulders; arms
2 days off after every cycle for time to grow
lots of compound movements including military press from rack, dead lifts, squats, bench press. !!!THESE ARE THE MAIN THINGS!!! THEY ARE THE MASS BUILDERS.

    "supplements"
You are boarderline hypogonadal. Look for a clinic or urologist that is willing to evaluate your condition and possibly prescribe testosterone.
    Testosterone enanthate 500 mg/w for 12 weeks
aromatase inhibitor Arimidex 0.5 mg every 3 days for estrogen control
    Your GH
If you hae a clinic or urologist prescription reduce testosterone to 125-150 mg/w for 2-4 months at this point and get blood work as prescribed.
