    Decadurabolin dosage

    Hi what dosage and how long should I use Deca durabolin. I use HGH 6iu 6days per week and I am 37 yo 175cm tall and weight 69 kg.
    want to get some muscle building with the lesser side effect on hair loss as I have the male baldness patern and I use minoxydil and finasteride 2mg every day since I am 25 yo (very efficient against hairloss).

    Are the result permanent or is it just water retention that we mainly get with Decadurabolin?
    I train 4 to 5 times a week and take protein shake every day I train 40gramms
    plus normal meals.

    Test and Deca will put some quality mass on you, if your training and diet are up to par. Unless my math is off, you only weight 152 lbs, which tells me you still have a good amount of natural growth left in you. My advice, at least initially, would be for you to post in the diet and training section and see why you are not gaining weight naturally before moving on to AAS. Your results will only be half assed if you choose to jump on cycle at this point IMO.

    Your stats are really odd in that you 5'7" and 150 lbs. This tells me that you probably have not yet found the diet nor the weight training regimen you need to gain mass. cAn you give us an idea of your daily diet and training?

    boy ya'll are somethin. guy comes here for help and none of u fuckers even came close to answering a question. he aint no child. my advice bro, just google any questions u have, get all the info u can. we dont know ur history. assuming you have never used aas before and assuming you have done some research and at least know what deca is and does, then 200mg a week fora beginner will put size on u. also u must run test with it. 400 mg a week. run both 10-12 weeks. and yes pct is necessary, always. post more info about yourself and u will get more details. dont rely on this forum for all ur info cause u will get more answers like u just got from these fucks. there is alot of helpful people here, but just as many assholes here just bc they nothing else to do and have never offered anything positive, like these fuckers think they have all the answers and have nothing left to learn.. anyway, good luck

    i think most of us encounter these fly by night juicers....

    no training, dieting, or gear knowledge.

    so we ask them questions. because helping them ruin their bodies is not what i want to do. i would rather get all the details and then start from scratch. some poeple dont realize they are opening pandoras box when introducing all these hormomnes and shit.


    we get suspicious of everyones seemingly stupid questions for good reason. if they took initiative and googled or researched enough than most questions are answered in 2 seconds...

    well I eat cereals or bread every morning, about 4 to 5 slices of wholegrain bread or if it is cereals I take oat with ricemilk as I cannot drink milk with lactose...unfortunately
    I take about half pound of oat, then just one cup of coffee.
    arround lunchtime I eat meat about 300 grams of beaf or chicken or steak, vegetables maybe 250 gramms
    then just before training arround 17H00 it take my proteinshake, 42 gramms of whey proteins with water, 4 to 5 times a week. and arround 20h00 for dinner I eat either fish or chicken or beaf with rice or potatoes and vegetables arround 350 gramms of meat and 300 gramms of vegetables... maybe it is not really enough
    I tried anavar, and oxyanabolic and also 4 weeks of sustanon 250 once a week last year, but I always lose 95% of what I gained... even though I used 4iu of hgh for 7 months last year, I used to train arround 4 to 5 times a week
    I am 37 yo and body fat arround 14%
    now I take 6iu of hgh since almost 2 months but I know that I should use AAS to take more mass with that...the only problem I have is that I really fear to lose more hair if I use Test as I have the male baldness pattern like my father. but I control it since I am 24 I use 2mg finasteride (proscar) and minoxidyl 4% every day and this works

    I have read that after the 30's gh shrink and that taking it would help to build lean mass up to 15% and that it reduces bf and also strengthen bones , skin and all organs
    I also hope that this will thicken my feets and wrist and longer fingers as it works on joints...

    For diet think 40-50 g protein from 4 solid food meals a day plus a morning shake and an evening shake of about 30 g protein. You are probably using to many carbs and not enough protein.

    You mentioned nothing about your training. You need to work in heavy bench presses, dead lifts and squats. Those are the big mass builders. Work into heavy-ass weights. Then you'll start putting on real size.

    Don't buy any blends. They are never dosed right.

    @ only 150 pounds, something is off in your training.

    I think you are throwing your money away with the growth. With a better diet and better training you should be able to put on 10 to 15lbs in a short amount of time.

    As far as your hair.....I have the same problem and just realized that I will look good with or without hair. i will shave it when the time comes. i would rather look good naked than have nice hair.

    Since your hear you have already made up your mind to use gear. i would start reading and then ask questions when you don't understand something. read the stickies.

    you need to read up on growth as well. Double check your source for growth is legit. Lot of fakes out there.

    HA. Sounds like fun.....BUT, I've had to buy extra links for my watch when I was using it, not to mention shoes and boots as well. I was still able to fit the sneaks on though...but none of my dress shoes. Had to buy a new wardrobe of shoes. I don't think you will see longer fingers....at least I have not. I did notice thicker wrists though.

    Anywhere between 400 to 600. 600 is good for real good bulking but you increase the risk of more prominent sides as you go up.

    And make sure test dosage is at least 1-1/2 times (preferably twice) the dosage as the Deca is. 750mg of long ester test (Enan or Cyp) w/ 400-500mg Deca should put on significant mass provided your diet and training regiment are on point.

    From what I am reading in this thread you guys seem to be recommending nearly a gram/w of test and 600 mg/w to this 150 lb guy (since you gys seem to insist that test should be 1/2 times the deca dose). This really is overkill. Plus the guy doesn't seem to have his training or his diet down. Recommending a gram and a 1/2 to a guy that's done 2 1/2 ass 4 week cycles and 1/2 asses it with 6 iu of GH.... I don't know. I would say get the diet and training down and then maybe do a beginner 500 mg/w test only cycle with an AI.
