    read and evaluate please

    Whats up fellas, im looking for input to make any neccasary adjustments to this plan that will start soon. May even run a journal.
    Stats:
    31 yrs old
    5'11"
    188-190 lbs
    B.F -personnel estimate: 10-12% max for sure
    Construction work(go,go,go type work)
    Began lifting before high school, through H.S doing standard 3 set x8-15 rep workouts.
    Gotta out the gym around age of 21 for 6 yrs and always keep my abs.(genetics arent to bad)
    Been back in the gym past4-5 yrs minus some 2 mth breaks here and there.
    Supplements:
    Split up throughout the day
    Fish oil-3000mg ed
    Vit C-1000mg ed
    B-12-1500mg ed
    Creatine
    Eas whey protein
    Multi vit
    Daily diet very typical day
    5:00am. Coffee, two scoop shake, bannana
    6:30 ish 2 eggs 6 egg whites bell pepper,tomatoes,cheese,2 slice turkey 1 cup steel cut oats
    9:30 shake, cliff bar, fruit 2 boild eggs
    1:00 chicken breast on sandwich thins, yogurt,fruit,V8
    4:00 turkey sandwich, apple, fig newtons
    5:00 creatine ,Gym, right after choclate milk, an orange.
    7:30 ish Sirloin,salad, yam,blk beans....dinner changes coupl times a wk....specially sat. Night but the rest is very typical
    Workouts:
    Ever 3-4 wks ill change the lift i do, dont do much cardio either 30 mins a wk
    Mon chest.B.p 5x5,incline D.b 3x12,8,6 flys 3 x 10
    Donkey calf raise,seated calf raise
    Tue. Back- front raises,rows,lat pull downs all 3x10,wide grip pull to failure
    Wen off
    Thur. Biceps tricep , short rests w diff lifts back and forth, forearms, and abs
    Fri . legs- squats 1x 15 then heavy weights 4x 5-7 , deadlifts 3 x3-4,lunges 2x 20,calves again
    Sat. Shoulders-standing press3x 10, seated lat raises3x10, military press5x5
    Sun. Off
    My goals 215 lbs keepin round 10% b.f only prior experience was some dbol,and prop bout a yr ago
    To help get there heres my plan.
    Dbol 4 wks 30 mg ed
    Test E wk1-8 500 mg split in two doses monday morn. Thursday evening
    Wk9-12 750mg same schedule
    Adex .25 mg eod.....need a little help w this one guys
    Hcg. Wk 2-12 500 iu 250 on sunday, 250 on wendesday
    Pct. Wk 14 clomid 100/100/50/50
    Will have nolva on hand also
    Adex,hcg,clomid ....really not 100% confident in the layout so lookin for feedback there guys.....hopefully im not missing to much here really want honest input,be good or bad.

    May throw some prop in at the end also for 4 wks 100 mg ed......just gonna see how it goes.

    Hcg is right...adex may have to be adjusted if you feel any bloat or nipple irritation up the dose. But everything looks good...you will pack on some muscle with this one. You don't need prop thrown in but if you got it I would run it at the beginning while your waiting for your E to kick.

    Ya I agree looks good bro I'd use some prop as a kicker till ur test e kicks in and again at end of cycle. IMO don't take any adex at all unless you're showing gyno symptoms I just use a lil nolva if I'm feeling my estrogen levels are elevating. Adex is powerful and u need some estrogen to get strong don't forget. Good luck

    Cycle looks good. Since you have the prop, nothing wrong with using it as kickstart along with the Dbol. You'll be sprinting out of the gate and then once the Test E kicks in, you'll be on cruise control in overdrive. Obviously you've done your homework with this one. Your goal is certainly attainable.     Would definately be a strong start using the dbol and prop ! Considering the prop at the end along with uping my cardio to cut down some. Thanks to you and bigbird for the feedback....should i wait a bit longer before starting the adex? At this point still plannin to run it
