It could be blood pressure related or dehydration. Since you say it happens while lifting, I would lean towards BP. It also could be just your body reacting to another new drug. I would up your H2O and get your BP checked to cover those bases.

If you haven't changed your drinking habits then I doubt it is dehydration. It could be the Tamoxifen and your body's reaction, or it could be BP related. Check your BP when you have a chance.

Make sure that you are using the following as staple support supplements during your cycle (and any in the future):

    Hawthorne Berry (blood pressure/cholesterol)
3g/day (with meals, spread over 3 doses)
    Dose 1 - 1g with breakfast
    Dose 2- 1g with lunch
    Dose 3 - 1g with dinner

    Garlic (blood pressure/cholesterol)
600-700 mg/day (with meals, spread over 2 doses)
    Dose 1 - 300-350mg with breakfast
    Dose 2 - 300-350mg with lunch

    Taurine (back pumps/hydration/headaches)
    5-10g/day
Dose 1 - 5g first thing in the morning
    Dose 2 - 5g 40-min pre-training

    Potassium (cramps/back pumps/hydration/headaches)

Sorry to break it to you but 173/41 is not good. 120/80 is the measuring stick. Above 130 is considered Pre-hypertension. Beyond that, you're well into hypertension mode just based on the 173. This is most likely responsible for your headaches. Seek medical help.

96 HR?? I'm assuming that's your resting HR? That's high. Wonder what it goes up to when you work out? My Resting HR is in low 60s. BP just nipped pre-hypertension at 133 but returned to normal after I finished the Dbol.

Well I guess your heart just likes to sprint and keep sprinting, lol. At least your BP is on point. We can't have our cake and eat it too.
What's the doc say about your HR? Just curious.

    Wants to run some tests.

Was asking if i was taking any medication or anything else that may speed up the heart rate.
such as energy drinks or caffine tabs.

Think its just like that while i am on gear.

If i remember correct before i started it was around the 50-60 range.
When working out i was in the 70-80 range.

Just keep checking myself now using of of the wrist monitors.

Cool. Plus, you can always use that disgusting contaminated public BP/Pulse Rate machine in the Walmart stores. Even if I could fit my arm into that tiny thing, I still wouldn't use it.

Blood pressure is definitely not the best - especially if that's resting (if it's not resting, then the number is irrelevant).

Yes, you can get all those things in pill form - it's often better to get powder, though, because it's cheaper for more.

You don't need to up the Milk Thistle.

Dosing/Timing for Milk Thistle (liver) ONLY IF METHYLATED COMPOUNDS
    600-1000 mg/day (spread over 2 doses)
Dose 1 - 300-500 mg first thing in the morning
    Dose 2 - 300-500 mg 8-10 hours post-Dose 1

    And not a bro, LOL

This time of year, something else to think about is sinuses. I had this issue, took a couple days off, took a nasal decongestant, and it helped. Sinuses are still a little plugged, but no scary "feels like something is exploding in there" headache this time.

Try taking a bronkaid or primatine before the gym if you think it's sinus related.
