im about a week into Nolva and getting massive head achs when lifting

about a gallon a day maybe need to up it?????

If you haven't changed your drinking habits then I doubt it is dehydration. It could be the Tamoxifen and your body's reaction, or it could be BP related. Check your BP when you have a chance.

BUMP TO THE MILLIONTH DEGREE
had similar issues that were serious...
started getting headaches and nose bleeds when benching and squatting BIG weights
bp was 170/112 at one point...
a bp kit should be in EVERYONES gear stash bro... once a week at least.

Could be a blood pressure issue if not dehydration.
Make sure that you are using the following as staple support supplements during your cycle (and any in the future):
Hawthorne Berry (blood pressure/cholesterol)
3g/day (with meals, spread over 3 doses)
Dose 1 - 1g with breakfast
Dose 2- 1g with lunch
Dose 3 - 1g with dinner
Garlic (blood pressure/cholesterol)
600-700 mg/day (with meals, spread over 2 doses)
Dose 1 - 300-350mg with breakfast
Dose 2 - 300-350mg with lunch
Taurine (back pumps/hydration/headaches)
5-10g/day
Dose 1 - 5g first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 5g 40-min pre-training
Potassium (cramps/back pumps/hydration/headaches)

i just checked blood pressure is 173/41 so its not to bad but i also take milk thislte 1000 mg,flaxseed oil 1000, fish oil 1000,mulit vittamin followed by a vitamin c 1000, so all these things you are naming can you get them in pill form??????? also next cycle im adding D bol should i up the thistle thanks bro for your Help?!

Sorry to break it to you but 173/41 is not good. 120/80 is the measuring stick. Above 130 is considered Pre-hypertension. Beyond that, you're well into hypertension mode just based on the 173. This is most likely responsible for your headaches. Seek medical help.

I have been getting this as well.
My Bp on average is 110/73 Heart Rate 96.
Upping the water helped.
BTW 173/41 is classed is High BP.
My dads got high BP and his is at 150/79 lol

Well I guess your heart just likes to sprint and keep sprinting, lol. At least your BP is on point. We can't have our cake and eat it too.
What's the doc say about your HR? Just curious.

yeah deffenately up the water im also taking xanax for anxiety my
heart beats pretty fast to one tread mill said i shouldnt be running lol
ive had my heart checked out a while ago seems ok im adding D bol
to my next cycle of test and deca i need to know if 1000mg of thistle will
be enough or do i need to up it the blood pressure comes and goes my body just needs to get used to the nolva thanks for in put guys

Wants to run some tests.
Was asking if i was taking any medication or anything else that may speed up the heart rate.
such as energy drinks or caffine tabs.
Think its just like that while i am on gear.
If i remember correct before i started it was around the 50-60 range.
When working out i was in the 70-80 range.
Just keep checking myself now using of of the wrist monitors.

Blood pressure is definitely not the best - especially if that's resting (if it's not resting, then the number is irrelevant).
Yes, you can get all those things in pill form - it's often better to get powder, though, because it's cheaper for more.
You don't need to up the Milk Thistle.
Dosing/Timing for Milk Thistle (liver) ONLY IF METHYLATED COMPOUNDS
600-1000 mg/day (spread over 2 doses)
Dose 1 - 300-500 mg first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 300-500 mg 8-10 hours post-Dose 1
And not a bro, LOL

This time of year, something else to think about is sinuses. I had this issue, took a couple days off, took a nasal decongestant, and it helped. Sinuses are still a little plugged, but no scary "feels like something is exploding in there" headache this time.
Try taking a bronkaid or primatine before the gym if you think it's sinus related.
