My first cycle was givn to me from a friend that had been around the game (luckily). His sugesstion was a cycle of primo and again luckily for me a mild cycle at that. My point is that if my trusted buddy would have given me a cycle like yours I may have been in the same boat as you. Lots of guys dont understand that not all of us are introduced to this world by boards such as this.

Earlier u asked what as and hcg where and if they were interchangeable...I think u meant an AI not as. Answer is no. AI is an estrogen blocker like aromasin or arimidex. Will keep that fluid from seeping out ur nipples. U def need the AI the hcg is recommended but optional...makes recovery easier. First that's expensive for half a bottle of nova check out the cem sponsors on her or precisionpeptides.com. I got 3 60cc bottles for cheaper than that. Also since u did all the deca at the end I'd do clomid anyways not nova. Since ur cycle was all messed up and harsh I'd do 100 Ed for four weeks.

Since this is your first cycle, I would suggest that you read the sticky in this section regarding first cycles and post cycle (pct). Generally, a first cycle consists of test only to see how your body reacts to it. You just don't jump into a top fuel dragster and hammer the throttle.
