Current cycle: DBOL 20 MGS, TEST-E 250 MGS, PROVIRON 25 MGS. Started running and biking and doing mini ironmans( I said mini ironmans) in April 2010. Went from 293lbs to 260lbs in 6 months. Diet is on point. Started back to lifting Nov 20th 2010.In November, Bench: 225, Military Press: 125, Flat Dumbell Press: 65, Can't go heavy in squats so I leg press. Leg Press: 375.
Started cycle Jan 3rd. As of Saturday January 29th this is where I am at. Bench: 290lbs x 2, Military: 145lbs x 6, Flat Dumbell Press: 85lbs x 10-2 sets, 90lbs x 9-2 sets, Leg Press: 405lbs x 10-4 sets. ANAVAR and 6 wks of CLOMID will help me keep how much in gains . Listen my wife LOVES "WTF" SHE IS SEEING. SHE has turned into a FVCKIN JAIL GUARD SHE DOESEN'T LET ME OUT without a pass. She even SAID MY D1CK GOT BIGGER. But see I am not suprised at all because when I want to I can get my body in the condition I want anytime. I've done this before. Since I started she has really lost alot of weight herself but she feels I am leaving her behind. Its fvcking great.
The sex is back to where it use to be, me walking her around in the air on MY D1CK AND SKEETIN ALL OVER THE PLACE. I say this because we have 3 kids and sh1t ain't the same as it was when it was just the 2 of us all your time and money goes to the kids. do not do anavar with your pct. just do the clomid for 4 weeks


Sounds like you are sporadic. You're in and out of shape and you tend to get really heavy. Tough to really say what you'll keep. Depends on your dedication to diet training and sticking out the doldrums of low androgens. The dirty little secret is that the guys that continue to gain are meticulous about the life style and have figured out what works for them. Also most don't really completely come off. Most cruise on a little sompin' sompin' and only come off for short periods when they do come off to get bloods in line or deal with other health issues and then it's back to something.

yeah look up in the stickies HeavyIron posted a blast and cruise run like 250mg test for a lil bit thn jump back up to 500mg or higher


How long was the total cycle? Use HCG? Also what are you planning on doing after you're off cycle? Any natty test boosters? Even when I use the TRS from PP (imo a great natural test booster) every time I'm off I just want to go back onAre you just waiting for the next cycle to start after PCT?

j/j. but yea...next time i would increase the test to 500mg/week in split inj. as to your original question...the gains you keep will depend on how well u do your pct, how you continue to train when ur cycle ends, and your diet. I know a lot of guys that become the most unmotivated individuals when their cycle ends and slack on their training and all of their gains are lost. also the degree of water retention that have accumulated over your cycle depending on how aggressive you were with your AI while on cycle could effect what you preceive as gains. during PCT once ypur natural hormones stabilize you will lose a lot of water which will make you look smaller, weigh less, and could effect your strength.
