Hey guys I need help I haven’t gotten anything yet, but I want to start a cycle for mass and I would like to hear from the (experts). What cycle would be the best and also blockers if I need any and PCT.?
I am 33 6’ tall 190 lbs with 14% body fat I been working out for about 3 year taking cretin and about 200 grams of protein I look pretty lean not bad but, I want to add more muscle mass. Any suggestions I doing my homework reading, researching but I want to hear it from the people that done it. I appreciate your input. Thanks

First-time cycles usually consist of only a long ester Test (Enanthate or Cypionate) taken 250mg twice EW for a full weekly dosage of 500mg for 12 weeks. You will get bigger and stronger. There are more advanced mass stacks but you're really not in position to dive head first into that yet, nor should you have to. This way, you can gauge your reaction and sides as opposed to stacking more than component w/out knowing how you'll react and having to guess what is causing what. PCT is usually Clomid which begins two weeks after last shot of test.
You should keep an AI on hand such as Arimidex. Take 0.5mg EOD to help avoid gyno and water retention. Some will also keep Nolvadex on hand in case of estrogenic sides but you'd be gtg w/ the Adex. Clomid PCT involves 100mg ED for Week 1, 75mg ED Week 2 and 50mg ED Weeks 3 & 4.
Basically, you want to maximize your natural potential before using aas. AAS will simply make you more of what you already are.
But don't do anything until you read and research to get familiar with what you're putting into your body and the importance of diet, hydration, recovery and sleep. There's a right way and wrong way to do a cycle and make sure you're ready to commit in other areas of your life such as diet, etc.

Should I take some HCG with that?
It's up to you on the HCG. I didn't take it on my first because I wanted to see what it was like without it so I know if it's worth it.


Not necessary in my opinion; however, if you decide to take it I will not dissuade anyone from doing so. I've been able to recover with proper pct every time (knock on wood). I'm not bothered by tiny balls while I'm on as long as my drive is up and they can recover during/after pct. And they always have (here's to hoping I didn't just jinx it).

Looks like your diet is probably way off as well. You are 190lbs. and only consume 200gr of protein a day? No...you want to double your protein intake. 1.5-2gr of protein per body pound. If I had to guess...you are probably taking around 2500-3000 calories a day, maybe less. Double that as well if you are looking for mass. Post your diet, fix that before you start using the juice. And when the time comes, take the HCG. It's a little embarrassing when your girl can't find your balls....IMHO. If that doesn't bother you....your testis will shrink and gradually come back to size.
