when your going back to cruising from a blast do you think it makes more sense to tamper down rather then jumping from lets say 750mg rite back down to 250mg
example of what i meant by tampering
week 10 750mg
week 11 500
week 12 250mg then cruise from there
Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.
