    Cycle advice

    Hey everyone,

    Im new to the forum and just had a few questions regarding cycle advice. My stats are:

    age:25
    weight:187
    height: 5'10
    years of training: serious for the past 4 years
    bf: not sure but a have a bit of a spare tire still..
    Cycle experience:
    I have done a few cycles in the past i started with just a deca as my first then a year later i did a test prop and dbol and the beginning of last year i had just finished a sustanon and tren ace cycle and all cycles were finished with a proper PCT. all of my experience has been with little no sides and i have been able to keep a good amount of my gains.

    background: When i started my first cycle i weighed in at 250 and i have been able to drop down to 188 with hard work and a strict diet but its taken a few years and i have been able to keep most of my muscle and size.

    since my last cycle i have been concentrating on dropping some more weight so that i can bulk up nicer and see a little more definition. now that i am 188 i want to start another cycle to build some more size and try and get rid of the remaining stubborn fat of course coupled with a strict diet and cardio.

    So my thoughts are running just a sustanon 250 cycle at about 750 a week mon, wed, fri for about 10 weeks hitting the gym 5 times a week and cardio after every workout and keeping my cals at a very clean 2500-3000. around week 6 i was thinking of adding in some cytomel tapering up and down for the remaining weeks. I would appreciate your thoughts comments, suggestions

    First, how many calories are you consuming now?

    now im consuming about 2000 give or take 200

    i dont understand sus250 @ 750mg/wk.....then t3???

    one is a bulker for the most part,and it seems fat lossis a goal of yours

    i think if you dont mind the eod pinning, prop would be better suited for your goals

    For the goals you stated above...I agree with the prop, and I would throw in Anavar 60-75mg ED for the final 6-8 weeks if you can afford it. If not, winstrol 50mg ED for the final six weeks. Another good combo for your stated goals would look like this:

    Wk 1-10 Test Prop 75-100MG ED
    Wk 1-8 Tren A 50MG ED

    IF you don't mind ED pinning, that will get you a lot of quality mass and cut BF if your diet is clean.

    You will also need to bump your caloric intake up if you jump on cycle. What you are consuming now is barely maintenance at your weight. How many grams of protein are you eating?

    cycle looks good, i would drop the t3. save it for a serious cutting cycle, like test p, anavar, tren a, t3,

    You should double that and your protein intake should be around 2X per body pound....so you should aim for 400gr of protein a day.

    T3 at a moderate dose can be very effective for bulking cycles. It's cheap enough too. You'll have the best looking bulk cycle you'll ever have.

    Sorry forgot to add, if you are going to use T3, your going to need a hell of a lot more calories than 3k. Around 3,700 minimum and a serious nutrition strategy and you'll be very happy.

    awesome thanks a lot for the advice guys! don't know too much about anavar what am i looking at price wise on average for a 10 ml ?

    i was going to do tren a again but it was killing my budget last time because my guy was overpricing me like crazy so i was hoping to wait till i knew i had the funds to get enough to be able to do it ED for the best results

    Ill definitely be bumping up my calorie intake to close to 4000 and protein to 400g thanks.
    what exactly do you mean by a serious nutrition strategy? do you mean ratio of carbs: fats: proteins?
