If you order a lot they may mistake you for a dealer. If not a lot, then they'll just take it and you have to feign innocence.

i think its legal to purchase prescription med from over seas if you have a prescription. it just has to be under a certain amount

It's legal for prescription meds with a script...

but me ordering a few xanax wouldn't be more likely to get me in trouble than people ordering all these roids i wouldn't think

Not in the USA. You can purchase meds overseas and carry a 90 day supply with you into the USA, but you cannot have them shipped overseas.

@ meatbeater: Don't sweat it bro. LE is not going to waste its resources to bust you for 30 Xannies. Worst case scenario is a customs letter that says they have confiscated your shipment.

I've had s**t confiscated by customs in the past and have only received a letter. I'd say it is another story if you are bringing in large amounts of scheduled drugs, but don't sweat the small stuff.

The only prob is that you are usually out some cash, so I prefer to stay domestic...even local if I can, so mail is not involved at all.

Not in the USA. You can purchase meds overseas and carry a 90 day supply with you into the USA, but you cannot have them shipped overseas. thanks for clearing that up for me

It would have to be FDA approved, which most foreign stuff is not.

As for odering and being busted, it depends on luck, how much you order, and where in the US your stuff goes through. If arizona stuff goes through SF customs, don't order tabs, and bottles I wouldn't probably try either. SF and Chicago last I heard both had good reputations for finding stuff, they have X-Ray machines which is part of their luck.

I know someone who got a letter once, tabs got picked up in a scan from a shipment out of I think Ireland, didn't make it to the doorstep. Nothing else happened.

Yes, if you are from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, NZ or Australia. They sometimes come.

Honestly, I think if we're going to be throwing #"s around, your chances of getting busted are about 2%.

But there is that 2%, and if it happens, you're f**ked.

So be cautious, try to order domestic when possible.

I'm not sure if the law has changed, but if you do have a script from a doctor, you can order up to 3 months worth of medication that is FDA approved.

I've had a decent size order seized. Just got a letter and the gear was returned to the source. Reshipped to a different addy problem solved!

It is illegal to purchase controlled substances from an overseas pharmacy. A person purchasing a controlled substance from such a pharmacy may be violating two federal laws that carry stiff penalties. The act of importation of the drug from overseas violates 21 USC, Sec 952 (up to 5 years in prison and $250,000 fine for importation of non-narcotic Schedule III, IV, or V drugs; possibly more for narcotics and Schedule I and II drugs).

I guess they have bigger problems than people who are serious about weightlifting?

Now I'll have the autotune version of that guy in my head ALL day!

A friend of a friend of mine, ordered some gear online.. 3 packages were sent.. 2 were seized.

Out of those 2 that were seized, he got a letter from the customs, asking for a prescription, or it would be destroyed/sent back. This was AIs & PCT (Nolvadex, Clomid & Arimidex).

The 2nd package that got seized contained steroids (only some oral tabs). Now these go under "narcotics" (unlike the AIs), and he got a note from the Police, and had to go to an interrogation. If you admit buying it, you get a "spot/mark" on your criminal record, and a fine (Around 1000$). If you deny it, they may take your PC & check your credit card.. to see if they can prove you bought it..

If they can't prove anything, you are innocent. (No fine, no criminal record).



So I don't know... It really depends on what rules your country has, a dose of luck, and how good your customs / postal service are at doing their job... I guess!

NOTE: This was not in the U S OF A... but in Europe.
NOTE 2: Would be cool with some statistics regarding gear received & gear seized.. but we will never see that
