Is a 1/2" needle too short for quad injections?

I always use 1" 22 gauge Just to be sure its deep in the muscle I believe you can get an absess if it's too shallow. I could be wrong though

You can but if you slin pin it and switch between 3 location.

i slin pin all my shots, delts and quads
the issue is getting the 1/2inch pin into the muscle, so being lean is the key imo...the chubbier guy shouldnt bother, or really be using gear anyway
iv heard of people shooting delts, quads, bis, tris, pecs, even lats....id guess the glutes are off limits tho
