    Need help with cutting cycle

This will be my 3rd cycle, and I'm a bit confused on the best cutting stack. The previous cycles I did were just testE at 500mg/w for 12 weeks and I have never "cut" in my life. Im 6' at 245lbs (21% bf?) and I'm thinking of running this cycle:

    W 1-16 testE 500mg/w
    W 1-8 primo 200mg/w
    W 8-16 winstrol 200mg/w
    W 18-22 clomid/nolva

I plan to keep calories slightly above maintenance throughout, any thoughts, suggestions?

a month ago you asked this

    Cutting from 264 to 200
    permalink
I've been weight training for about a year and a half now. Originally I weighed 309 when I started working out and have cut down a good bit. Now I'd like to finish up cutting to 200 and be in good shape for an AAS cycle.

    Age: 19
    Height: 6'
    Starting weight:264lbs
    Experience: 1.5years
    1rep max: 235 flat bench / 130 barbell curl

Diet: Trying to keep calories around 2500-3000 range. Mostly fibrous carbs, protein from chicken/beef/shakes.

    Supps:
Using GP clen for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Gaspari Nutrition Anavite multivitamin (2 pills in the morning and 2 at night).
BSN Cellmass- 1 scoop in the morning.
    EPI-STRONG (epistane) - 30mg 1hour before workout, for 30days followed by clomid for 2weeks.
Forma Stanozol - On cycle PCT 4 pumps in the morning and 4 at night.

    Training:
    Sun - cardio (HIT)
    Mon - arms
    Tues - cardio (HIT)
    wed - chest
    thurs - cardio (HIT)
    fri - Back
    Sat - off

Goal: Lose 2-3 lbs per week, and be in good shape for an AAS cycle.
    .................................................. .................................................. .....

according to ur update u lost 20lbs!? good job!

i would loose 20 more then do a cycle.

dont forget to get an ai on hand, and hcg for ur nuts

and primo and winny totals are very low. try doubling

Lower your bf% before you start.....by half if you can. Put the nolva on the side, clomid is all you will need for PCT. Start PCT on WK 19, not 18 and run it for 4 weeks. I'd also consider some HCG and def an AI. Good luck!

Ive been wanting to do AAS since I was 16 so I'm pretty deadset on this and I've done my research. AAS (like primo and winny with a good diet) can reduce bodyfat and increase muscle mass significantly. I turn 20 in 3 months so I think I'm a little young but I can still be successful in the long run. i was hoping no one would post search but you guys made it difficult for me ><

I think you are dumb and fat. I just have to be honest.

You aren't willing to put in the work to be in good shape yet you want to do steroids. You are looking for an easy way out of becoming a person that has the dedication to have single digit (or even less than 15%!!!) body fat. It's not a fat thing. It's a dedication thing. I can tell by you having 20+% BF that you are lazy and eat like shit.

If you can't get to 15% you are simply lazy.

Good luck with your cycle. Good luck with you titties and with your health. You are too young and it shows.

Of course, your youth will simply make you argue with the serious people here.

    The of phrase:
Youth is wasted on the young.

Bro...if you really did all your research, you would better understand why the rest of us are telling you it's not a good idea.

    • You don't have enough training under your belt so you are nowhere near you max genetic potential.
    • you are on the young side.
    • Your bf% is double what it should be.

You also said you also ran other cycles in the past, so you were running AAS as a teenager. Now if you REALLY did your research, you would not be here. Vets are not going to give advice to those who should not be running AAS. We will all be happy to give you with diet tips, but that's about it. And for diet help, visit our Diet & Nutrition section of the board.

While it's true I'm young and genetic potential has not been reached I love the feeling of being on gear and I suppose it's become a lifestyle choice for me. I'm aware that I may be on TRT for life but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. At this point, based on my research primo+test with a decent diet will get me to 15% and that's all I'm concerned with doing at this point in time. I appreciate the advice and the PM's from everyone letting me know I might be wrecking myself in the future but it's a choice I've made on my own.

This is because you are young and not very smart.

Later in life you will realize how stupid and lazy you were. Well, maybe not.

Luckily, you will more than likely not be able to pro-create.

    Testosterone can't fix lazy.

What I'm saying is that you need to get yourself down naturally.

You are fat. Lets be honest. You're fat because you're lazy. Let's be honest. You're only 19 and you're overweight. You are off to a horrible start.

Let move on to steroids... You've found that you can gain muscle easier with steroids. Because your lazy. Now you have muscle, but you are fat. Now you want to lose the fat, but you're lazy.

There is a pattern with you and many people like you. You, any your kind, give steroids a bad name.

Sheer ignorance! And as mentioned above, it's hard headed people like you that give juice a bad name. Sometimes we have some younger guys post here like you have, and at the end of the thread, they realize what a mistake they were about to make. And they changed their minds for the better.

We also have guys like you that come on here from time to time and completely ignore advice from those who have a lifetime experience in this game. You are a complete fool by not listening and probably deserve what's coming to you do to your ignorance. I've said my peace....good luck.

Just listen to the advise you have been given Sanisent. You are too young for all this shit. If you love the feeling of being on gear take an asprin it's strong enough for a young boy like you.
    Always believe.

Dude at 19 you're not stable enough to do this correctly. I waited til I was 3 years older than you to start and I'm glad I did.

And in my opinion you was to young also, but again it was your choice, this kid refuses to listen to the peers of this forum and one day he will realize his mistakes, I'm 41 and only use test, hcg, hgh, and anastrozole! I'm by no means on the level of compitition but am trying to gain strength and lose BF, if and when I decide to use other AAS's I will be taking the advice of my peers here on these forums!

"You can't Fix Stupid" a wise man once said. This is how the gene pool is fixed naturally. If you are that Dumb not to listen to the guys that have seen it, done it, and have the t-shirt. Well lets just say that your family tree will look like a stump. Trt doesn't make non swimmers into swimmers it just enables you to get wood. All these guys here are trying to help you, I started at 255 @29%bf and went down to 195 12%bf natty. It can be done even at 33yrs old. Get your lazy ass on the treadmill, put down the double 1/4 pounder w/ cheese, and get your diet right you'll be good to go.
