Puffy face. Need advice

Need some advice here. I'm about 6 weeks into a test e cycle. I have not been taking an A.I., and don't have any on hand. I have always chose to do low dose Nolva throughout cycles just to prevent gyno. In the past I avoided an A.I because I liked being a little bloated because of the strength gains. I know many of you are going to call me stupid for this. Maybe now I'll finally agree.
Problem is now my face is getting puffy. I didn't notice it, but now have had a couple of comments on it from people I know.
Im taking 250 mg test e3d and 5 mg nolve eod. I'm loving the back to basics cycle, but I want to solve this problem quick. I'm going to order some liquidex this week, but who knows how long thats going to take to get here.
A few possibilities here: Would it help to up my dose of nolva? I have leftover winstrol. Would it help to add that to the mix? Should I take diuretics until my Liquidex comes in?
I've researched several of these possibilities, and there is disagreement about all of them. Hope someone here may have some real world advice. I don't like deflecting questions about a puffy face. Thanks guys.

You can get Aromasin from a research company it will be at you door 3 days...start it out around 12.5 mg EOD and adjust to your body if needed. 12.5 is usually 1/2 CC oral.

Not going to flame ya since you are all ready admitting your mistakes with the AI. Nolva should not be run during your cycle....or for after your cycle for that matter. Just keep it on hand in case of emergencies. I suggest ordering your AI and get on it ASAP, I would also start taking 3g (3000mg) split 3 ways of Vitamin C every day as this will help somewhat with estro. Keep using it until your cycle is over. You now know better. Good luck.

I know, I know. Just never had a problem before, so I figured I could keep on going the way I have in the past. Guess when you get older you have to do it right. Just looking for short term solutions for now.
10 week cycle. so only 4 more weeks. 5'11. 215. Honestly don't know BF, but probably between 10 and 15%

Ok. Ordering Liquidex rush delivery today. Going to eat extra low sodium and a lot of natural diuretics until then (i.e. brussel sprouts and watermelon). Anybody know how long till I start seeing results from Liquidex?

BTW. Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT. Have some HCG but haven't needed for test only cycle. Thinking about saving that for a deca cycle down the road.

You only need the clomid for pct, wait a week then days 1 and 2 200mg a day, then 100mg/100mg/75mg/50mg for the following weeks.

Nolva is not a good PCT drug. Stick with the Clomid. People still use it for gyno problems, but it is passe for Pct.

Thanks for all the replies. Got my liquidex from CEM in 2 days (I was impressed). Already I've seen big improvements from diet alone. The day before I was told I looked "puffy" I had went to a chinese restaurant and ate a lot of garbage. I'm back on track with good clean whole foods.
As far as PCT. I will use clomid. I think I better continue to do 5mg a day of nolva throughout though. It's such a small dose, but I'm super paranoid that if I stop now I met get some rebound gyno.

for the puffyness in your face....its a test thing...always happens. But what makes it worse is when you are not drinking enough WATER. You need to clear yourself of the sodium which is causing you to retain water.

Try taking some patasium and not a banana and drinking atleast 1 gallon of water a day.
