    First Cycle

    I have a mate who is going to go on his first cycle. He is planning to use D-Bol for the first four weeks (hes unsure on the dosage yet) and also sustanon 250 (500mg p/w over two injections).
    Has anyone used this combo together and were thier results impressive after the cycle?

    How long is the sus for? Good cycle.

    Hope you got AIs on hand and a good PCT lined-up.

    I was just speaking to him then and he is going to run the sus 250 for a 12 week cycle.
    I just got his stats too they are 6'4 tall, 202 pounds, 28 years old, but he is unsure how to measure his bf%??
    He told me he is planning to go on a diet of approx 4500 cal, 400 protein, 300 fat and very little carbs. Should he stay on this throughout his cycle would you reckon or does it go against what the cycle is trying to achieve? He is trying to bulk up (like most people are and be a man mountain) What do you reckon??

    What AI would you recommend? He told me it was hard enough finding gear in Australia, I'm unsure if he has AI's on hand yet? I will have to ask him. Hopefully they maybe legal to buy over the counter?

    In order to get the most out of the prop ester in Sus, it needs to be pinned at least EOD. I would suggest running Test E or C at 500mg/wk for his first cycle.

    He needs carbs too. Low carb diet isn't ideal for a bulk.

    Good luck from not looking like a balloon. Sounds like alot of water retition there

    I know people to do EQ and Sus. Great results. Sus is great just not sure with dbol. Unless your looking to gain shit load of weight. Diet will be the key there

    Actually, if he keeps his diet in check, drinks 1-2 gallons of h2o a day and uses an AI, he should have very little water retention.

    First off, tell you 'friend' to get off his lazy ass and get on the boards himself and do his own research.

    Sust + Dbol = Awesomeness

    300g of fat?! No.. That is completely ridiculous. Carbs are muscle sparing and absolutely essential to muscle gains. Not to mention the shit ton of cholesterol and saturated fats that will inevitably end up in the diet (not good on AAS)
