    Gear & Arthritis

Asked this on another board and got mixed reviews, wanna see what you guys think. I'm 31yo and a few months back my dr. said I have rheumatoid arthritis. My right shoulder is in constant pain and the rest of my joints ache, kind of like a flu feeling, but only in my joints. Anyway the next cycle I run I really want to get all the results I can. My last was test e 500mg/wk 10wk & winni 50mg/dy last six weeks. I got good results but feel it could've been better cause I couldn't lift more then 225lbs, just had to steadily increased the reps. I'm thinking of running test with either deca or eq. I've always read deca is good for the joints but recently have seen more in favor of eq. I know neither will cure me but just wanna take advantage of my cycle and feel normal for a few weeks lol. Any opinions?

Deca is great for your joints.... winny is infamous for dry joints and pain.

Yea, unfortunately I wasn't diagnosed until after my cycle was done, but during I knew something was wrong. I knew winni is bad on the joints but I figured it wouldn't be as bad as it was. It felt like if I put more then 225lbs on the bar my joints were gonna give, even though it didn't feel heavy. Just a weird feeling, and frustrating. I guess it wasn't all bad cause it got me to go to the dr, which is rare for me lol. Now that I know what's wrong, winni is no longer an option

My hands are actually the only thing that doesn't hurt. I've been off for a while, but even when I lift they're fine. They do swell a lot though when I'm lifting

I have arthritis is one of my knees. I wont do a cycle ever again without a Nandrolone in there somewhere.

A lot of guys (on boards especially) don't think about their joint health or consider it. In all fairness though, I don't think anybody does until something happens. Connective tissue health is vital...

Can't agree more, specially now. Unfortunately I was one of those guys, but I think my problems started back in high school. Playing football then going straight into track, sprinting with jumping events just killed my knees and ankles. Just hope which ever I go with will give some sort or relief, even if it's only temporary

Ya deca is a good idea if you choose anything. Although adding bulk and hard workouts could be detrimental to your ra.

Could not agree more. Deca is great for joint relief, even in small doses. I can't touch winny because of joint pain.
