If I were you I'd just start with the good ol' 500mg test E per week routine. Let your diet determine your bulk or cut.

If all of your diet went to your gut you are:

    A. Not eating right.
    B. Not working out hard enough.
    C. Not eating right and not working out hard enough.

Get your diet in check and research how to eat right for your goals.

Once you figure out your diet for YOU, you'll start seeing results even without the use of AAS.

Honestly though, weighing around 175 at 5'8' and having a gut tells me that you are no where near ready for steroids.

    Good luck!

    No where near, brotha!

Post in the diet and nutrition section. You'll get some great advice on proper diet to help you lose that BF. Once you are down to 10-12%, you can start thinking about AAS.

I'm not trying to be discouraging...

But if you have been out of the weight room for years and haven't been dieting, I stick by my statement.

Get a few solid years of diet and lifting under your belt before you turn to chemicals.
