    Question cycle help

    Hi there,
    need help with my new cycle,
    first of all stats,
    Age 28, Weight 220, BF%16-17
    have had 4 cycles in the past all bulking so it is going be my first cut cycle
    lifting for the last 8 years on of dues to injuries
    plan is to be around 13-14%body fat
    here is the problem cant choose which would be best..
    options 1
    tren a 100mg eod 1-8 weeks
    test prop 100mg eod week 1-14
    winstrol 50mg ed oral week 8-14
    or
    primo 600 week 1-14
    winstrol 50mg ed oral week 8-14
    tren a 100mg e0d week 1-8

    no pct i am on trt 250mg every week on test e
    i am more close to option 2 but not sure yet
    libido problem is no an issue, married with a new born so i have no sex life:S

    if you choose option 2 you need to run some test with it. i would pin 75mg tren and test p ed. take winny 50mg every 12 hours. throw in some t3 2 weeks on 2 off. and the most important "clean diet"

    My God, why such a long cycle?

    Run test prop 100mg EOD for 8 weeks
    Tren A 75mg EOD for 8 weeks

    Now do the hard part.....post your exact diet and training program.

    You should be able to drop 15-20lbs of fat in 8 weeks and lose 0 muscle mass.

    Option 1 looks the best to me. Maybe up the test prop though.

    Man you must have some cash, wish I was you....

    Option #1 looks real sexy dude just add T3. Go with that one, but may I suggest....

    Get down to 12% before you start. A good 3 months of dieting will help you in the following ways....

    1. General Health - always a good idea to consider this regardless. Unless your a burn out and decided to self destruct on juice instead of alcohol like in Leaving Las Vegas...
    2. Once you've dieted down and your body has adopted to low caloric intake, you can actually kick up your calories (clean protein, BCAA's) and you will actually blow the fuck up [real muscle] while staying lean. This in combination with AAS should yield very satisphying results.


    These of course are only my opinions. I could probably find some support but I just blazed...

    honestly i know it is a long cycle but it also helps me with work, i am the head of security at a busy night club in my city and i found when i am on a cycle i have less worries or hesitation. i guess i can say i am better at my job when i am on gear... if there was no health risks i would be blasting all year long but that's not possible.

    I am still working on the diet, it is one of the reasons why i joined this forum, bulking is much easier then cutting...for the training part i am thinking about GVT 10-10 till i hit Plateau which will be around 3 months past experience, i will be hitting cardio around 35 minutes eod for the first 6 weeks then everyday35 minutes.(i am still at planning part, i am thinking to start this in 2 months around the beginning of April, i have to wait to gather everything i need)

    i like the t3 idea but why need to add test to option 2? as i said i am not really worrying about the libido

    I hear ya... I still have till april to start so gonna try to lower the fat. For the money bro i dont have much money, i live in canada but i am from Turkey, i got connections. In another tread i wrote how much primo is in Turkey.

    Better to run what works without fucking up your system. With your logic just stay on year round.

    I am not a pro on this that's why i asked for help, what will be the bad sides and the difference of a 14 week and a 8 week?
    so run 8 give a break then another 8?
    i had always ran my cycles 12-14 week other then cholesterol issues and HBP which my doc gives me meds for it i never had any problems.
    i will be getting some hcg for the little ones and ais

    Do some simple research. All kinds of data out there.

    Steroids do mess with cholesterol and can cause HBP ( poping pills to counter act your HBP caused by a cycle is silly) , they also weaken the immune system, weaken tendons and ligaments (winstrol is very bad for this) damage your liver ( oral winstrol , anadrol and dbol are very bad) and many other things.

    Why run a 14 week cycle when you will only get 10% more gains if you had run an 8 week cycle....esp when you will get 2 or 3x the sides, much more shutdown ( diminishing your gains and making you need to cycle again sooner).

    Like you said, you are not a pro so no need to use winstrol and no need for long cycles.
