ok i am currently on week 5 of a 16 week cycle i am currently doing sustanon 250 250 mg every 3 days and 150 mg eq every 3 days so that is 500 mg sust every 6 days and 300 mg of eq every six days ........... im going to add winny to my cycle at week 12 - 16 and i was wondering on a suggestion of how much i should use at max to cut the excess fat i have off at the end of this cycle my current stats are
22 years old
215 lbs
my diet is at around 3- 4k calories and about 300 grams of protein daily
im 6 foot 3 any advice would be greatly appreciated

Roughneck gave you the best advice...if you tweak your diet a bit and step up or switch up your cardio, you can lose some BF without sacrificing muscle. The answer is not always in pill form...

Don't worry about cutting the fat right now. Run the Winny 50mg/d from wks 13-18 then jump right into PCT. Then AFTER PCT start bringing your calories back down and adding in even more cardio to drop the excess fat.
