    Diet sound correct

    Heres the plan :

    meal1- oats, water, 1 scoop whey, 2 eggs
    meal2- oatmeal, vitamins, 1 shot olive oil, 1/2cup natty peanut butter
    meal3- 1 cup brown rice, veggie, 8z steak/chicken/or fish
    meal4- oatmeal, yogurt, 1 scoop whey prew/o
    meal5- creatine, 1 scoop whey, 1 glass 100% grape juice, 1/2cup PBpostw/o
    meal6- 1 cup brown/Jasmin rice, nat fruit drink, 8z steak/chicken 1h after w/o
    halfmeal 6- fruit, rice
    meal7- cheats, complex carb, casien protein bedtime

    Stat : 6', 190-195 pounds (cut from 215)

    Is this sound good for my up-coming bulking cycle?

    Take more food and less proteins powder!
    Eggs take omega 3
    best meal before sleep is omega 3 eggs+ white eggs mixx.

    He's right. I would have more eggs and maybe a meat along with your oats in the morning for breakfast. Food ALWAYS trumps protein supps. You also might want to consider a solid food before bed as well...since you are bulking. I usually do cottage cheese, peanut butter AND casein before bed.

    What meat would you recommend for breakfast? For me it's hard to eat when I wake up, so I try to eat as much as I can but usually I cannot.

    Try 2 whole eggs with 4 egg whites,with a whole grain toast with a slice of cheese made from skim milk.For last meal,i eat salmon with cabbage,fish make me sleep as a baby!
