    First steps into the dark side

    How could this cycle be better or more effective.

    I am 34yrs old been training for 3 years at 17% BF
    Do a 3 day split x every 8 days One workout 4to6 reps Strength Other 8to12 Hyper.
    Diet is on lock down same thing everyday with up it 500+cals


    Week 1: 200mg Test Cyp 100(Mon) 100(Thu) winny 50 mg ED and 30 mg of Tbol ED
    Week 2- 6: 200mg Test Cyp 100(Mon) 100(Thu) winny 50 mg ED and 40 mg Tbol ED
    Week: 7-8-9-10 PCT Nolvadex at 40/30/20/20mg/daily

    Thinking this is plenty for my first cycle also was thinking of possibly only using Winny for second 3 weeks. I have a plethera of orals that I recieved in payment for a debt that couldn't be paid in cash. I have 1 10ml of Test and another on the way. Nolva is in hand will have everything before I start. The orals are solid real and the vial I have is strait from the pharmacy with another on the way. I am pretty selective about injecting and would only use what I can assure is strait from a Pharmacy but this of course makes it difficult to obtain in larger quantities or I would up the dose and skip the orals.

    Let me know what you guys think good and bad. Will also use Liv52 or Milk Thistle Drink gallons of water and make sure I am getting a good amount of fat from olive oil.

    PS I made this account just to ask about this I won't post pics I work in a field where if they found out I was on ASS it would be over for me so I can't take any crazy chances like that.

    PS If it really is a much better idea I will wait 6 more months as basically I can aquire 1 10ml vial of Test Cyp every 3 months.

    6 weeks cycle with 200mg and 300mg test. You're wasting your time bro. Those are trt ranges. Up your test to at least 500 and make your cycle at least 8 weeks.

    One more thing, pick only one oral. For your first cycle tbol would be better. Winny doesn't give you noticeable results until you're leaner.

    If you have to wait to get your cyp wait. Otherwise, you can find what you need somewhere else. Do your research. I was in the same position as you getting my test from my doc. If I was going to use test I chose to be serious about it.

    K I will just wait another 6 months I wasn't sure if I could get away with the smaller amount being that it was first cycle. I hadn't seen anyone using less then 500mg's so I thought that might be a issue.

    Should I do the orals for the whole 8 weeks or cut them at 6 to ease up on liver damage?

    I know what you're going through bro. When I first started I figured that I was going to become the Hulk if I did 500mg/wk. I didn't want people to notice. That being said, you can gain 20 lbs on 500/wk. Or..... you can gain nothing. If you look at the guys gaining lots of weight, it's because they want to gain that much weight. It take a lot of work thought. Not just lifting. It's in their diet. MASSIVE intake to make those gains (lean gains). If you choose to not gain that kind of weigh just manipulate your diet, figure out your "tipping point" as far as weight gain through diet and bust your ass in the gym.
    The problem with only 200/wk is that you don't truly reach the levels that are needed to afford you to benefit to properly manipulate your training and diet as laid out in the words above.
    Weight gain is up to you (if you keep your bloating under control).

    Get some more test so you can do 500mg a week for 12 weeks.

    Well said brojangles. Its refreshing when somebody says something that makes total sense and 500 dudes that know everything about everything dont jump in and start a pissing match.
