    Best place to inject?

What are you guy's fav spots for injecting as far as pain goes? And why?

I only do x2 injections a week so I usually just do glutes, but thinking of switching it up to reduce scar tissue.

I'm not worried about location because my girl does the injections.

I like the glutes as far as pain goes because it hurts the least for me. I always rotate though. I do glutes one week then outer quads 2nd week then glutes then delts then glutes. Delts aren't too bad for pain. Legs are hit or miss as far as pain goes. I like doing quads but I have had my leg swell up pretty good when I first started injecting there. It was quite uncomfortable. It is definetly good to rotate though. Check out www.spotinjections.com very good site for info. Hope this helps

You're doing exactly same thing as i do!!!I had lots of problem pinning quads,a friend of mine gave me the best trick for doing it,divide your quads in 4 parts, then simply pin in the higher-outer quadrant, never had problems while doing so!

I find both are nearly painless. I just have a hard time twisting around to pin my ass.

Would it be advised to switch up even though I'm only doing pins twice a week? Thinking about trying quads but I only have 1.5" needles.

If your pinning twice a week and you like it in the butt (no joke intended lol) then your only hitting each cheek about every 7-8 days. I dont see a problem staying with the glutes for the duration. By pain do you mean soreness the next day or the actual act of sticking a needle in you?

I try to rotate from glutes to delts to quads, the quads hurt so bad even with a 25g I quit using them! I also divided them into quarters injecting into the upper outside and still had a great amount of pain! I have no pain in the glutes or delts!

I've only hit glutes and quads so far. I kinda want to try delts, but I'm running Test E, and all I have on hand at the moment are 22g 1.5 in. pins. I'm not gonna order another box of pins just so I can try it, but would that be too big of a needle? I've heard you only want to inject water-based steroids in the delts. Also, would I want to leave a 1/2 inch of the needle out? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't use the 22G. I use 25G one inch . Injecting oils in the delts is not an issue at all but you do want to watch how much volume you put in them at first. I usually only go up to 1.5 cc at a time. U could order a box of 225G 1in. 100 needles for cheap. I use the 25G one inch for Glutes, outer quad, and Delts. I don't have too much BF though. Worst case you will have some left for next cycle.

I had this problem too when I used to push the pin in to my leg slowly. I now do it swiftly and don't have nearly as much pain.

Ya I was thinking that wouldn't really matter, but wouldn't after awhile of just doing glutes begin to show scar tissue?

On the scale of 1-10, I mean overall... Pain injection, soreness, etc.

I've yet to have glute pain last more then 30 minutes. I usually massage the site and then shower right after, so far it's worked. But if the gear has a lot of BA, I don't think you can prevent soreness.

Ive tried glutes, delts, pecs, biceps, triceps. I like glutes and delts the most. Less soreness. Now I do long esters on glutes and short ester delts.

Pecs was bad. My chest was sored for over a week(messed up my whole routine, I found out that an extremely sored chest wont even let you do back right. My triceps and Biceps wasnt so bad except the first time, but they would get inflamed from time to time ruining my routine for those weeks.

I pin in the delts and glutes like most here. I have tried the quads and I just can't get it in the right spot. No reason for me to mess with it any more when the delts and glutes are painless.

I try reaching across my body to get the proper angle for a straight-on shot to pin delt and it's damn near impossible. Plus I'd have to hold my breath for the entire procedure in order keep pin steady etc. Forget it. I would think this is the case with anyone who's been developing their physique such as lats and chest for years. If I pin the delt, I cannot keep it steady for plunging.
    Therefore: Enter the Old lady.

It's a strain to self pin my glutes but I can get it done. Delts? I would need arms that are 4 inches longer.

It is so f**king hard for me to pin properly in my glutes. Guess I need to stretch more or something, b/c I just can't reach it properly. Quads are easiest for me.
