    This just in

    This just in i got my body fat checked today and im at 12% standing in at 6'3 weighing in at 215 lbs and 22 years old i am currently 5 weeks into my first cycle of 500 sus and 300 eq every six days broken up in half every 3 days my cycle is supposed to last for 16 weeks
    my question here is i want to throw winny in at the end but not sure if i should do 50 mg a day weeks 12 - 16 or what ...... i was thinkin that that would be the way to do it any feedback would be greatly appreciated

    dude i hope you got a great pct. and i guess it too late to tell you it to early for gear. but to answer your question. run winny for a min of 6 weeks. take an am and pm dosage, 50mg to 100mg ed. adjust as needed. good luck bro. really dude you are to young for aas.

    Then I have to say that I stand corrected. You seem to be at a very good place (bf wise) to do a cycle that helps out with cutting.


    Winny 12-16 would be good for your cause. Some even stretch that out for upwards of 6 weeks also. You may want to have you liver values checked though. I honestly think you'd be good with 6 weeks of 50mg/day of winny.

    Check out this article on bulking vs. cutting during cycle.

    Pretty interesting read over at the Primordial website. At 12% bf you're pretty lean though. I think throwing the winny in would be a good idea, especially if you cut a little weight towards the end of your bulk.

    It is not a min of 6 weeks, bro. Winny is 17aa..more like a max of 6 weeks. You can have great results with winny in 4 weeks at 50mg ED.
