I did at the beginning of my cycle. Now it's like the longest most uncomfortable couple minutes of my week lol. Have to have my body all twisted akwardly cuz I hit glutes and I always feel like I'm either pushing down too fast on the plunger or I'm not moving it at all. Had a great one last night though. No pain at all today. First time I shot 1.5 ml's my glute was sore as shit for 3 days. I took a shower right after. Made a huge dif.
