Hgh eod???
I was reading in an article that taking HGH EOD could be more benefitial than taken ED because it keeps the receptors active. Anyone has tried this protocol???? The study was done in children.

This isn't set in stone but just an idea of what to do depending on your goals.
Personally I'm doing 2IU ED. I'm using it more for rejuvenation.I'm only 28 but I'm hoping it will help with my shoulders and a little weight loss in the lowers belly. I have really bad tendinitis in my left shoulder.
Even @ just 2iu ED my hands and wrists are swollen. My knees ache too. It not bad but noticeable.
One good side I have noticed is that my skin isn't as dry and looks a lot healthier. I don't have to use any moisturizers anymore and my sleep has gotten a lot better too.

i do 2iu eod when i first wake up and im 26yrs old, i have been on it for three months now and i have a tingle in my hands alot but no swelling. um im on it for recovery and i would like to lose a little bf in my stomach and so far so good i guess i plan on staying on it for six more months.
