    Helios!?

    Anyone here use it?

How was the "spot fat" reduction?

I need to burn some fat around my chest and stomach.

It's hard to find solid info on this stuff.

Come on guys, I know SOMEONE has tried it before!

    Let's hear it!

I used it for a couple weeks back during the summer. It was Icyplex but the same thing. It was just too potent for me to continue.

I don't think it lives up to the claims of spot reduction. Just get clen tablets.

Your best bet is to diet and train.

Never heard great results with it, I would stick with thermogenics like clen or albuterol, diet and cardio.
