Confidence I think, and a better sense of well being. So yes and no I would guess not directly sensing the test but you are which makes them notice you.

There was a thread somewhere, that showed that women can sense the increased test levels, as well as being a different person (better well-being, confidence, bigger dick, jerked, tan, etc)

From what i think woman want is someone who is attractive and aggressive enough to protect them if there was a situation where they where or felt threatened.
I have a friend who is tiny but very aggressive.
