    Creatine

Im wondering if its necessary or beneficial to continue creatine use while on cycle. Should i go off and start back during pct? I dont really feel or notice the benefits right now? What do you guys think?

I stopped before my cycle and plan to start back up in PCT to try and increase mass by any means possible. The hard part is finding a Pre-WO supp that's creatine free and worth a shit. I use white flood and will probably continue to use it as my PWO drink because it's badass.

I'll get my creatine when I start back up post workout with carbs and in the morning with OJ.

I've done both, and I don't see any need to stop. If you can stay on then I say "stay on!". It won't really make a difference.

I use Jack3d pre wo its awesome!! Tons of energy no creatine. Im thinking if its not making any difference whats the benefit? I dont need the water retention as the gear takes care of that so what if any are your reasons to stay on?? I just dont want to flush my money down the drain.

Why do you not use ECA pre-workout? Cheap, effective and gets the job done.

Creatine helps while on cycle, why wouldn't it? It still pulls nutrients into the muscle while it's being trained. This is why an intra-workout concoction is SO important

I have been using eca as well but I'm trying to gain as much mass as possible right now to hopefully compete this coming fall and found that the eca was burning off slot of calories. I appreciate your view on Creatine that's the info I'm looking for. What's your suggestion for the concoction? Thanks CT

That's the point. Everything else is overpriced marketing BS. Serving per serving nothing works better and is less expensive.

    x2

I've always kept it simple...ECA or just a good pre-workout meal and a little caffeine.

I see. I know there are some in there per 5 grams but its not specified how much. The company does recommend taking in at least 2.5 grams more to supplement their product.

Whenever I was on cycle I would just pin about an hour preworkout and I'd have more than enough of a rush from that, otherwise I usually ditch the creatine while on, save it for pct and what not in case I am not feeling so hot then will notice the boost from it a little more than if I was on it non stop. It is cheap though so if you want to stay on go for it. I've seen the premax mentioned, stuff works but damn expensive. I took blast and poseiden on my last cycle, and those have been K.I.A. for a while no, oh its been too long I need to jump back on something stat.
