i was reading a research about 20 mg of anavar increases the fat burning capacity by %80 on obese people..

But he should fix his Diet, lots of cardio and maybe t3-clen combo..winni is not going do anything...
ps...didn't see the bad knees, then tell him to stop eating shit and go swimming everyday or at least 4 times a week for an hour or so(I had 2 knee surgeries and that's what my doc used to tell me if you cant do cardio go to a pool and swim)

if he is doing 20 mg of winni and var then he is wasting his time that amount will not do much the real problem lies within his diet and training without that in line AAS is useless

why is he using Aas??? Obviously he's overweight and not ready for it. Steroids are not the easy road, they are an extra boost to help a good foundation.

I would give you the benefit of the doubt up to 21% bf. Maybe he was bulking and went too crazy on the big macs. But 30% bf is way too much fat. You're talking about 105 pounds of fat. He needs to do at least an hour of cardio daily until he loses 40-50 lbs before he even wants to consider using anything else.

put down the roids and run your fucking ass off.
if you are that out of shape you probablly have high blood pressure and
it could be more harmfull than good. You have to have patience and get your body on track before you go and put all that in your system. Just my opinion though.

Tell him to find a good jiu jitsu school in his area and train 3x-5x a week. (or tell me what area hes in and i will find a couple to choose from.)and he will lose fat build muscle and learn the best martial arts there is. and have fun doing it. the average person who starts jiu jitsu loses 30lb in 3 months. going 5x week.

Knew a guy in college who used to be 350. He showed me pics. He's 160 soaking wet currently, thanks to meth. But with flabbbbbby skin. Poor fucker. He's kept it off for years now though. One of the coolest guys I've ever met though. Never had money, was always fucked up, and ALWAYS got pussy somehow.

most people will quit boxing after 1st week. because so repetitious and boring.jiu jitsu is fun and your always learning so you wont get bored. iv been doing Jiu Jitsu for around 9 years and still learn something new almost everyday. when i go to boxing its the same thing over and over and gets boring for most. but i think wrestling/jiu jitsu will still make you lose more weight than boxing.because in boxing you mainly use upper body movements. in wrestling/jiu jitsu you use every single muscle have and find muscle you didnt even know you had lol.

only because your probaly not conditioned to grappling, this is how i beat many bigger/stronger/more skilled guys.i simply play with them for a bit to wear them out then go for submitions when i can see there energy is wearing out, from my experience it seems to be the bigger guys that burn out faster but often alot of the huge guys are so strong i find it almost impossable to submit or choke them.
thinking about it grappling is excellent because a 120lb guy can spar with a 200lb guy and atcualy stand a chance where as in a striking game it would be just stupid.

and yes boxing is boring at first but when you learn the basics its atcualy a very technical game, infact fighting in general is a thinking mans game.

Hey man you probably don’t like the answers you got from these guys but you know what they’re right. You have to be in perfect health to be on AAS, you should stop whatever you taking and start eating healthy and do a lot of cardio I mean a lot, I am not trying to be an ass but you’re not a candidate for AAS. I am kind of new to this but you should have done more research before you started.

This is good advice^. He should lose as much naturally before thinking about using aas. 20% bodyfat sounds okay to use aas to bring cutting to the next level.

i posted this for a friend of mine...i shared this with him BUT there is no way he is going to change his mind...with two bum knees and no money to join a gym...loosing his business...he really likes the mental lift AAS have given him...so the best thing to do is to work with what he has...

I don't know man a year ago I was 415 pounds 35%BF . I started going to the gym in Jan 2010, and ran everyday 6 days a week man. at first it was hard just 5 minutes then moved it up every week. I Also would work out as well just one muscle group a day. That August of 2010 I was at 380 don't know the BF. I went to an online HRT company and got a scrip for Testosterone Cyp 200mg. Started using it at 200mg a week for 10 weeks. My energy level went through the roof I started training harder and I dropped down to 355 in 10 weeks. Then I stopped for a few weeks went to a different HRT company got some Testosterone enan ran 900mg a week for 3 months felt like shit no energy but I seemed to put a lot of mass on jumped up to 365 oh I did try some winny too 100mg eod for 6 weeks. next I went back to the old Hrt company and go more Test cyp and was using just 450 a week and the energy level went back up along with some tren a at 100mg for 4 weeks. Now I been off for a while and am at 330 at 14% BF still running every day but at least it's for 30-45 minutes a day and I hit the weights for at least an hour to. oh most important I stopped drinking soda and eating bad. Now I eat good I not going to say on point. I am sure I can improve it a little here and there. so with lots of cardio and eating right and some AAS it is possible.

yes if u have low t levels the hrt would be the way to go but for someone that is looking for a magic pill or AAS to do everything for them then no thats not going to work out for him solid diet and weight training/cardio will help him and if he then decides to go AAS cool

if your knees are really messed up i'd say find a gym or something like the YMCA and start swimming... but first find a diet; maybe one on this forum and STICK TO IT!

Note to OP: You should be posting in the Diet/Nutrition forum seeking advice on squaring away your intake of food and water. You shoulod NOT - I repeat NOT - be using aas in yuor shape. You need to work hard to get yourself into position to be ready for aas, which entails extra hard work unto itself. Good luck but cardio, HIIT and dieting should be your area of concern for now.
