    Pulled chest muscle or ?

Pulled chest muscle or ? Worked out Chest/Shoulders hard last night. Woke up this morning with chest pains. Same kind of chest pain that acid reflux could cause or heart attack coming on??? Also been under a lot of stress. Anyways took acid reduction medicine and aspirin. Still feel the "pain" hours later now. Blood pressure was 125 over 85 this morning with home blood pressure machine.
Feel the pain mostly when I pull my shoulders back and it stretches the chest. Pain feels like it's under the muscle though. Curious if anyone else has experienced this. Am on a low-mid androgen/anabolic cycle also.
Found this on Ehow: All of these muscles, in some form, encompass the heart. They are all in close proximity to the heart, and can be mistaken for heart pain if they get injured.

If it hurts when you stretch..push on it...pull weights but then stops...its not cardiac...its probably a strain muscle pec minor perhaps...continue to monitor BP...if it gets worse such as crushing pain...radiating down arm...get to the ER. But in my opinion...not a MD...its muscle

I had the same effect, and thought it was my heart. But went to dock (he knows about my cycle) he told me that lots of times these muscle pains are mistaken for pre heart attack. I also felt it when I took deep inhales of breath.
