    Bf around 18 %
Training history been training consistantly for three years and a half.
AAS history done two cycles, first one was a test only cycle, and the second one was a test and deca cycle. Put some solid wieght on.
Goal: to be 205-210 lb with 10-12% Bf.

As u guys know, summer is approaching and I won't have enough time to do a bulking cycle and a cutting one. So kinda confused what to do?? I plan to start a cycle next month and will try to take the bodyfat down to 16% before starting anything? What u guys think?? Advices really appreciated! Thanks

Start a cutting cycle now and use your diet to keep you lean throughout summer.

For optimal results, you would be best served by dieting down and getting your body fat around 10-12% BEFORE starting a cycle of AAS. Cycling with a high body fat gives you a greater risk of gyno among other issues.

Try an ECA stack with a clean diet and training plan focused on dropping BF.
