    New to this Steroids game...

Ok I am 26 years old and my body fat is 24% and I weigh about 313 pounds and I am 6’7”. I have been working out for the past 9 months. Let me tell you a little about myself first. I was a football player (Linemen) I had a microdisecomy about 2 years ago because of a herniated disc. Before the surgery I had ballooned to 360+ pounds due to inactivity from the injury. I have lost a lot of weight from diet and working out. Now I’m about 313 pounds and seem to be stuck at this weight so therefore I want to start a cutting cycle. I have been doing some research on the subject of consuming gear. My diet consists of red meat such as beef, chicken, tuna and always eating all types of vegetables as a source of iron and protein. Also I substitute white rice with brown rice. I’ll eat yogurt along with Oatmeal or hard boiled eggs, depends on how I feel. For lunch I’ll usually eat a sandwich I also eat fruit apples, oranges, pears. Dinner usually consists of a meat and side of vegetables and very low carbs. Honestly I would like to drop a lot of this body fat I have put forth the effort and lost over 50 pounds naturally. My ideal goal is to be cut up and to be about 270 pounds since I have a larger frame.
Now this is the plan for my 8 week cutting cycle

    Weeks 1-8: Sustanon 250 Once a week

Along with Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 100 tabs@ 40mg Until I am done with the pills

T3 Cytomel I have about 50 tabs @25 mcg -Taking 2 pills split dosage/ Alternating weeks with Clenbuterol.

Weeks 1-7: Oral Tren 100 tabs @ 250mcg -Taking 2 pills split dosage

    Weeks 5-8: Stanozolol 50 20 tabs@ 50 mg- Taking I pill a day for 20 days.

Following will be my PCT with consist of:

    Clomid 30 tabs@ 50mg

    Nolvadex 30 tabs@ 20mg

Any help from experienced users would be helpful thanks in advanced!

Sustanon once a week for 8 weeks is useless. At your weight and limited training experience you should be worried about a heart attack! T3 and clen? You need to lose weight and do some reading bro dont try to find a magic pill.

Get on a treadmill and don't stop running until your bf% is cut in half. Diet and cardio is all you need right now bro.

Id have to agree with the other posts made. Chris Aceto has some really good strategies to help you get past your plateau. I can appreciate what your saying though, you want to lose purely fat and spare the muscle you have. You can accomplish a lot of that goal naturaly with supplements ( you've already established diet and training as the main factors ). Thermogenics, Ibcaa's, are the first 2 that come to mind.

Is this the new trend these days? Instead of fat peoples New Years resolution to join a gym, it's use steroids?

Why the fuck do people take AAS so lightly? And what is our responsibility here? I mean, this guy is going to use regardless of what anyone here says... so here is my advice...

Take whatever your "research" has told you... and good luck

No I am taking these comments here very seriously I don't really want to take the steroids I will just do a lot of cardio. I am also half way through Shaun T's Insanity programs and that is great cardio. I do that at night along with going to the gym, I appreciate everyone's opinion I don't want to do anything dumb I will continue to work out and seek advice when I am truly ready for the next step.
