    first cycle weight gain

    Hey guys, getting ready to start my first cycle (test only). How much weight should I expect to gain or what would be typical? Assuming i train hard and eat right.Its test cyp run for 12 weeks at 500mg. Adex weeks 3-15 EOD, and winny weeks 9-14 and clomid/nolva as my pct

    Without knowing your stats, we can't really ball park any numbers. If you are 160 lbs. and 7%bf at age 23, you will get one answer. If you are 260 lbs. 18%bf at age 33, you will get another answer. Follow?

    id run the Dex from day 1 and weight depends on ur diet mine hasnt been real clean latley im starting week 4 of test c and 2 weeks of dbol im up 8lbs so my goal of 255 is close

    i know that for bulking that 500 cals above maintenance is a good rule of thumb, but when running a cycle do you guys typically go higher than that?

    yes Most will run an AI from day 1 why give Gyno time to start be on the safe side .25 to .5 ed would be ok

    Run it during the entire duration of the cycle...including PCT.

    well shit, i thought i was all set but i guess that isnt that big of a change. so i understand that i should run it throughout the duration of the cycle, but is .25mg every day the way to go?

    I usually tell folks to start with .5mg EOD, but .25mg ED is the same. If you start to notice too much bloating, you can slowly and slightly increase the dose. You want the sweet spot to be the absolute minimum that you need.

    alright good deal, thanks victor for the replies.....well, the journey begins at some point this week. I was hoping to start monday and that way I can do my pins monday/thursday. but we will see, gotta get the girlfriend to help me out with the first pin because she is in school for nursing as is really comfortable around needles and such. anyways, im really excited and cant wait.

    when will strength gains begin to play a role?

    I ran 500mg/w of test e weeks 1-6 then 750mg/w 7-12.
